"I'm gonna miss you so much!" Holly screamed in Brielle's ear.

Brielle raised an eyebrow. "We've literally just met." She said.

"I know but I'm the only girl in our little group and now there's you. Please tell me you and Quinn are gonna stay in contact!" Holly practically begged.

"I don't know." Brielle shrugged. "I mean, I have a Skype but I don't want to make him feel like he has to give me his. I don't even know if he has one."

"Oh please. I'm sure he'd be glad to give it to you. In fact, we'll go ask him now." Holly said.

"Holly, I really don't think- ah!" Brielle screamed as Holly grabbed her arm and pulled her into the crowded cafeteria. They scurried through several groups of people that were standing in the middle of the walkway.

They reached the other side of the cafeteria and still hadn't seen Quinn, Greg, or Ed. Holly groaned. "Where would they be?" She wondered aloud.

Suddenly, a tall boy loomed over the two girls. Holly pursed her lips. "Can I help you?" She asked. Brielle noticed how sharp her tone was.

"Where's your little boyfriend?" He sneered.

Then he looked at Brielle. "Where's yours, you little criminal."

Brielle bit her lip. "I'm not dating anyone." She said sharply.

"Oh please. We all know you and Quinn are lovers."

Holly scoffed. "You have a lot of nerve." She said.

Brielle glared. "Listen here you little bitch. I don't take shit. Get away from me or I'll punch you so hard you're on your knees crying."

The boy took a step back.

Brielle smirked. "You mean you are scared of me? A small little girl? Ha! Wimp!" Brielle laughed.

"No, I'm worried you'll kill me. You are a criminal after all." He said.

Brielle couldn't control it. She swung her fist. It was caught midair. She spun around, ready to knock out whoever was holding her back.

She unclenched her fist when she saw Quinn. He stepped past her.

"Leave. Her. Alone." He spat.

"What are you gonna do, Quinn? Defend her? You gonna pretend to love her and care about her when really she's just like all the others? Or is it because she reminds you of Abigail?"

Brielle screamed as Quinn tackled the boy in on the end. All Quinn saw was red.

"Quinn! Quinn! Stop!" He was barely aware of Holly screaming in his ear. She pulled him off of the boy.

Brielle bent down. "Snap out of it, Quinn." She said softly.

Quinn stared at Brielle. "Abigail." He whispered. Brielle's heart sank.

Who was Abigail?

The boy Quinn beat up sat up. "Damn, Quinn. You're in so much trouble." He said before running off; no doubt to the principal.

Holly wrapped her arms around Quinn. "Quinn, he's just messing with your mind. Abbie's gone and he's being a prick."

Brielle say down on the ground. "Are you ok?" She asked.

Quinn nodded. "I guess so."

Holly looked at Brielle. "Don't be offended. Brian, the dumbass who was heckling us, is a prick. Abigail was special to all of us, but more to Quinn. It's not my story to tell, but I will say Quinn is not a player. Brian made him out to be one but he isn't."

Brielle nodded. Her mind was spinning.

"I'm sorry, Brie." Quinn whispered. Brielle almost didn't hear him.

"You have nothing to be sorry for." She said.

Holly pulled Quinn off the ground. "You two outta skip the rest of the day. I'll take care of the teachers." She said.

Brielle shrugged. "I'm not going to get in trouble. But, I don't want Quinn to get in trouble." She said.

Quinn smirked. "We skip every now and again. Holly has the teachers around her finger. She'll take care of it. My mom and dad will never know." He said.

Brielle sighed. "Alright, where to?"

"I guess this is going to be our spot." Quinn hummed.

Brielle shrugged and sat down on the park grass.

"Are you ok, Brie?"

"I'm fine. Just thinking."

"I'm not using you." Quinn said.

Brielle pursed her lips. "I'm not saying you are. But, who's to say you've never acted like this towards another girl you met?" Brielle asked. "Maybe you treat every girl like this." She whispered.

"Brie-" Quinn stopped before starting again. "I normally don't treat girls the way I've treated you. Abigail," His voice cracked. "Abigail was my cousin." He said.

Brielle noticed a few tears had made their way down his face. "You don't have to tell me." She whispered.

Brielle reached up to dry Quinn's cheeks and then put her hand down again. "I'm just being a stupid girl. I'm getting jealous for no damn reason and I'm listening to some prick for no damn reason. It's a girl thing." She shrugged.

"Brie-"

"Hey, listen. I have secrets as well. I'm not going to force you to tell me something if you don't want to. It's not fair."

Quinn stared at her.

"What?" Brielle asked.

"What would you do if I kissed you?"
