Chapter 12 (Arlize POV)

Arlize POV

I awake from my sleep sitting up in my bed, I ran my fingers though my hair breathing heavily, and shaking uncontrollably. I look on my side of the bed and notice Aurlk is nowhere to be found, I jump out of the bed and swing the bedroom door open to that kitchen and living room and see Aurlk on the counter , He looks up at me first with a blank look then a concerned one; I feel the tears pouring down my face I walk over to him with my head down, realizing it was all a Fucking nightmare, he jumps down off the counter and stands in front of me, "Liz-" is all he can say before I collapse in his arms and wrap my arms around him, I break down crying in arms, happy that's he's alive, that he's not going anywhere. He wraps his arms around me squeezing me tight not saying a word.

Aurlk's POV

I hold my mate close to me a bit scared of her crying all of a sudden, I push her hair and wolf ears back trying to settle her down, I kiss her the top of her head; "It's ok your safe now...." She buries her face in my shirt crying hysterically, I swing her up into my arms and take her into the bedroom shutting off the lights and making sure the front door is locked. I sit her down on the bed and push her hair back out of her eyes; "Liz look at me" I hold a stern tone towards her trying to get her to tell me what's wrong. She looks I up at me with sad little eyes full of tears, and her red little nose running, I pull my t-shirt off that's socked with tears and some snot and wipe her face off; "You want to tell me what you dreamed about?" She shakes her head and grabs onto me, "I just want you to hold me....." I push her off of me and stand up, "Liz you crying and shit isn't going to tell me-" She throws my shirt at me and glares at me, "You Asshole I THOUGHT YOU WERE FUCKING DEAD!!" I look at her confused but, worried, "Arlize what the hell....what makes you think I'm going to die?" she starts crying again, "Your Fucking brother is like a damn nightmare to me and it's like I know him, but I can't figure it out and it frustrations me!" I feel a bit guilty looking at her....I sit down on the bed and hold her close to me, "Liz I'm sorry.....Look I'm going to be around for as long as your alive understand me." "yeah I understand you" She eventually falls asleep laying on shoulder, I lay her down on the bed then get up and head into the living room, I grab my phone off the table..... "Hey....Yes I told you I'm already going to come back over.....I don't care what Rufus does.....I don't think it's a good idea to bring her though I don't want to bring my.....It's a long story.....All right fine....." I hang up and turn my phone off then head back into the bedroom moving slowly into the bed trying my best to not wake my sleeping mate, I look down at her from leaning against the headboard and her eyes are open slightly, I smile at her; "Shh..go back to sleep" she yawns while closing her eyes then morning and snuggles up against me. A few minutes later she starts snoring quietly, I start to fall asleep but are awaked from a her whining in her sleep, I smile to myself wondering what she is dreaming about now.

Arlize POV

I lay wrapped up in Alpha's arms in the safety of the our bed and peace and security. He stokes my hair softly with his fingers pulling out tangles; "Liz you sleep?" I hear Aurlk in whisper in my ear causing me to grab hold of him, I barely open my eyes looking up at him tried; "what is it?" He smiles at me kissing my forehead, "I just wanted to see if you were awake" I rub my eyes, "Why what's wrong?" He leans his head against the headboard smiling; "No reason just wanted to know if you were sleep or not" I punch him in his chest, then roll over, "Don't wake up again for something stupid" I close my eyes falling asleep again with Aurlk laying close to me.
