The two tailed Wolf

Chapter 1 [Arlize POV]

I lay across Aurlk's chest inhaling his scent lying in my bed; I look up to see his face which is calming and smooth. I start to run my hand across his scar on his eye but come to a dead stop when he grabs my wrist and his eyes snap open, I look at him with slight fear. His eyes are a dark yellow and his wolf ears are in an alert state.

"Aurlk-"

"Quiet"

I don't say anything and look at him concerned, I'm quiet for about a few minutes in till his eyes become a light gray like their naturally are;

"Aurlk is everything ok?"

He looks at me with a small smile on his face then it fades away,

"I have to go"

I sit up worried and watch him as he stands up grabbing his shirt off the floor. "Is it something with the pack?"

He puts his shoes on then looks back at me before leaving the room,

"Stay in the house till I get back, don't open the door for anyone, understand?"

His voice is stern when he says this and my only responds is to nod my head. With that he leaves the room and heads out the front door, I hurry and look out the window towards the front of our house and all I see was a wolf tail that dashed off into the forest. I decide to get up and might as well clean the house after laying in bed a few monuments later, It's been like this lately, He heads out early in the morning then returns at night, ever since he became Alpha of his father's pack. Meaning in this case I became the Female Alpha also his mate, I was supposed to become mates with a lower state pack known as the Savage pack. But the strongest pack located here in the Yellowstone is the Nightshade which Aurlk is the leader of. It gets a bit to quite after awhile cleaning up so I start to turn on the radio in till I hear someone at the door, I stop dead center in the room and look at the front door, I stare at it for a good minute waiting to hear someone from the other side.

"Arlize, hey you in there it's Bryce....you know Alpha's beta second in command"

I let out a sigh of relief realizing it's just him and not someone from the Savage pack. I open the door to see Bryce standing there with his hands in his pockets with a smile on his face; I known Bryce for a long time he's the one who set me up to meet Aurlk, Bryce is about a bit shorter than Aurlk, he has short ruffled blonde hair, his normal eye color is green while his wolf's color is a deep darker gray version of Aurlk's eye color. All wolves have that color for their wolf expect for the mega Alpha wolves, including Aurlk being one of those, but I have yet to figure out what mine is like due to the fact I ever turned wolf I think it has to do with the fact that my father was a wolf but my mother is fully human but it's weird because....

"Hey are you going to let me in or not?"

I regain focused on the fact that Bryce was standing there I give him a small smile.

"Sorry about that got lost in thought"

I let him in and he sits down on the couch putting his feet up on the coffee table, I give a stern look and he puts his feet on the floor;

"Sorry...anyway the reason why I'm here is because Alpha wants me to train you" I raise my eyebrow at him,

"What do you mean by train?"

He smiles, "I'm referring to the fact that your now female alpha and have yet to gain the power to turn wolf"

I lean against the wall and cross my arms,

"And how do you expect for your "training" to help me get my wolf?"

He stands up smiling,

"You're just going to have to find out".
