Chapter 27 Aurlk POV

"Aurlk...Aurlk are you awake?" I moan laying on my stomach with my face against a pillow, meanwhile my mate is kneeing into my back. She leans down whispering into my ear; "Aurlk?"

"hmm what"

"I'm hungry"

"it's like two in morning go back to sleep"

I push her off and turn over laying on my side facing her side of the bed...I lay there for a moment...it's quiet....too quiet...I hesitance before opening a eye to see her green hazel eyes glowing in the dark with a smile across her face;

 "Can we get some food...please"

 I moan pushing myself up to my knees. I rub my eyes clean of crust and stretch my arms; "Why are you awake?" I look at her sitting on her knees with the moonlight shining across her face, causing me to lose the irritation towards her just from how beautiful she looks. 

She smiles at me and leans in kissing me on my lips; "I don't know...I was missing you lying next to me so I wasn't sleep that whole time from when your mother brought me in here...and well I kind of heard that Rufus was here..." her grip tightens on my shoulders which shows her uneasiness towards him being here. 

I smile gently at her; "believe me you have nothing to worry about my mother won't let him even look at you...And I..." 

I grab her by her waist and pull her close to me; "I won't let him lay a paw on you"

Her grip loosens and she smiles up at me laying another kiss upon my lips; "Good, now...can we eat?"

 I roll my eyes at her and let go of her waist; "Yeah fine put something on though" 

She crocks her head to the side and looks down at her body standing up; "what's wrong with I have on?" 

I get up stretching some more and look at her like she's oblivious to the world; "You're in your bra and underwear and there's another male in the house and my mother" 

She pouts at me with her wolves ears out and droopy; "But I'm hot"

 "What do you mean you're hot it's like the middle of November"

 "ok, and your point is" 

I just stare at her and rush my hand down my face; "ok if you want something to eat put something on please" 

She stick her tough out at me and grabs one of my shirts out of the suite case; "happy" 

"no I want you to put something on your legs" 

"For F-" 

I toss a pair of sweats towards not caring if it's mine or hers, I then climb over across the bed and push her down on to it. 

She looks up at me annoyed; "Really you-" 

"Stop talking" 

I grab the sweats off of her and slide them on her. I then stand over her and reach my hand out for her to grab. She hesitances for a minute before grabbing it and I pull her up with a groan; "geez, your heavy" 

She glares at me; "Thanks" she says pushing me out the way;

 "well it's true you been eating a lot and eating this earlier is not-" 

"I don't care just come make me something to eat!"

 I roll my eyes and follow her out into the hallway. She heads into the kitchen and I began to follow, but I stop from a sound that comes behind my mother's bedroom door...;
