Everyone thought I had a plan.

What they didn't know, was that they were wrong.

First off, I had no idea what I had planned.

The radiating orange ombre sun was already setting. The day was practically over, and everything would return to normal by tomorrow. Normal without Rose, that is.

The makeup test was still tomorrow. There was absolutely no way of putting that off. Lancer was determined to make me write it one way or another, even if it was the death of me.

I needed to come up with a plan, and I needed to come up with that plan right now.

I flew over my house and went intangible through the roof, and then through the floors. As soon as I got there, I hovered halfway above the ground and transformed back into human form and let myself drop to the ground.

I went over to my dad's little computer with a built in encyclopedia and ghost finder.

I needed to stop time, and who better than the Master of Time himself?

Sure, he said he wouldn't help, but hey, a little persuasion isn't that bad either, is it?

I searched Clockwork and programmed the ghost finder. I pressed the enter button and the ghost finder automatically located Clockwork's coordinates to his giant clock filled citadel. All I had to do was open the gateway to the ghost portal. I pressed the ON button of the ghost portal. I looked into the swirling green portal.

I was about to step in, until I noticed something strange and peculiar.

I saw my reflection..but wait..I never see my reflection in the ghost portal. It's just not physically possible!

I backed away slightly, a bit taken aback. The green swirls slowly swiveled into a vague, blurry image.

What I could make out, was an image of two people. They both walked towards each other.

One of them was holding something in their hand. I squinted my eyes at the blurry picture. Forgive me, I don't have 20/20 vision.

After a minute or two of deciphering, I realized it was a red rose, as the guy in the image held it up.

I realized it was a boy and a girl, at least I think so.

The girl had long brown hair, and the boy had short black hair. I couldn't see their faces very clearly to tell exactly who they were.

The raven black-haired boy got on one knee and offered the rose to the girl.

The girl stared at the rose intently for a second. She then looked at the boy. Their mouths both moved, meaning they were both talking. I couldn't make out what they were saying though.

The girl happily accepted the rose, and held it close to her heart.

My hand decided to be an idiot at that very moment, as it stuck itself into the ghost zone, disturbing the previous image I witnessed.

I tried to pull my gloved hand back out, but instead, it pulled the rest of me into the ghost zone.

Angered, I looked up and came face to face with what I hoped I wouldn't have to see for the time being.

Ghosts.

Luckily, they were just a couple of ectopuses, which were weaker than any other ghost.

I shot a green beam of ectoplasm at each of them.

As a result, one disintegrated, and the two others survived by dodging my beams.
