"Ghosts!" Paulina shouted, pointing to the door as a whole swarm of ghosts broke down the door and flew in. Everyone began to hide under their desks and chairs, and Dash began to start his fail football routine. He attempted to pass the football right through the ghosts to Kwan and Freddie, but instead one of the ghosts caught the football and threw it back at Dash, and he ran off screaming like a girl for his mom.

I felt someone or something tug me on the leg and I grit my teeth, ready to punch the person who did so. As I looked over the side of my chair, I noticed it was Danny. He held his finger to his lip and motioned me to come down. I purposely fell off my chair, trying not to make a scene in this ghost mess.

"What's going on?" I looked over at Danny as we crawled under our desks.

"I'm not sure, but I have a feeling that Lancer's absence has something to do with these ghosts," Danny spoke, and it was only then that I saw that Danny's ghost sense was going off every few seconds.

"I've got the thermos," I brought the Fenton thermos out of my pocket and Danny smiled. He transformed into Phantom and went invisible and intangible through the floor, and reappeared from the front of the class wall, flying 112 mph at the swarm of ghosts, blasting them with his ectoplasm rays.

I got up under the desk and began to suck a few ghosts into the Fenton thermos, almost like a vacuum. "Someone needs to call the janitor. You missed a spot!" Danny blasted ghosts and they disappeared into thin air.

After all the conflict was resolved with the ghosts, Dash ran back to class and began to start a whole parade for Danny Phantom for saving the day. Almost the whole class picked Danny off the ground and carried him to the hallways yelling, "Hip Hip Hooray!" and "Yay! Danny Phantom!"

Sam, Tucker and I were left in the class and we all sighed. It figures that Sam and Tucker had also been vacuuming ghosts into the Fenton thermos like I did.

We all followed by the parade and were stopped about 10 meters away from the whole thing.

"Back off, Rose. Danny Phantom is mine!" Paulina squealed, flashing the three of us dirty looks as she ran into the crowd.

"Let me through! I have to give him a gift!" Paulina squished through the crowd as they set Danny down.

They made a huge circle in the middle of the hall and from the outside, we couldn't see anything but dandruff and lice. We tried to peer over their shoulders, but they would just kick us back, and every time they did, our spirits lost more and more hope in Danny.

"Ghost boy, I've always wanted to give you something," Paulina's annoying voice was heard from inside the silenced circle.

"It's Danny Phantom," I heard Danny speak, and judging from the tone in his voice, he was probably rubbing his neck and sweating like crazy.

The three of us finally managed to find an opening where we could see what was happening. The only downside was that we had to smell feet and grungy gym socks.

Paulina moved in closer and closer to Danny and the crowd began chanting, "Kiss! Kiss! Kiss!"

Danny blush-o-meter filled to the max while Paulina continued to move in. She finally pecked him on the cheek and everyone groaned.

The whole circle was immediately broken and the couple was left in the middle. "So let's get this straight. She loves Danny Phantom, but hates Danny Fenton," Sam rolled her eyes. "Let's see that love triangle happen,"
