Wood, fish and Water?

Jade's POV

I woke up startled!!! I heard the trumpet being played! What are we in? The military!? I rubbed my eyes and slowly got out of my bed.

Leigh Anne was awake and clearly not happy and Jesy was also awake, but as tired as me. Olivia was still sleeping!! I tried to wake her up but she is just still asleep.

Then we heard loud knocks on the door. "Ahhhhhhh!" Olivia screamed and then fell out out of her bed and then fell on me.

"ow!!" I said getting up. I searched for my glasses to see better. "Girls get ready!" We heard Kate say. "Okay!" We shouted back. I picked out some clothes to wear.

we all went to the out house.  And guess what? There was a huge line up. The boys are lucky. Their line up was still huge but it went faster because the just go in and get dressed.

The girls get dressed, do their hair and put make up on. Well, some of them. After 30 minutes of waiting I finally got in.

I ran to stall and quickly got dressed then I came out and dry she'd my teeth, brushed my hair and put it in 2 pigtails.  I also put mascara and a thin layer of eyeliner. Then I got out.

I joined Olivia and Perrie on their little conversation. "Hey guys! What are talking about?" I asked. "I keep on asking her if she has a crush on Zayn, but she keeps on saying NO!" Olivia whined. "That's because I don't!" Petrie said. "Ya right." I said quietly. Olivia started laughing so I think she heard. I began to laugh too.

Then I saw Leigh Anne walk out. "Ewwww. Those outhouses are discussing!" Leigh Anne said. I can't lie. They are pretty gross, but that's camping. "So now we are just waiting for Jesy." Perrie said. "Oh, she's coming. I saw her come out of the stall when I was walking out of the house of spiders, flies and bad smells." Leigh Anne explained. I just nodded my head. "Hey guys." Jesy said. "Hey." We all said.

"Hello everyone!!!" I heard John shout so everyone could hear. "Hi." Most of us said. We were eating breakfast while listening to what they had to say. "So today we are going to be doing a very fun activity!" Kate said. "The will be going fishing! But before we do that, we will be having a canoe race. The winner gets to choose what we could do tomorrow." John explained. That sounds really fun!

When we were all finished eating we followed Kate and John. "Okay, get in groups of two." They instructed. Me and Olivia partnered up. We got a life jacket and a canoe. We went where everyone else was and waited. "So when I blow the whistle your going to go to the line and back." Kate said. I nodded my head. Then I heard the whistle go. Me and Olivia were pushing. This is harder then it looks! We finally got the canoe to move!

"Hold on tight!" I shouted as we hit the water. Ahhh! It was so cold!! We finally got in the canoe. "How do you control a canoe!?" Olivia shouted while panicking a bit. "Calm down and help me!" I said while pedaling like a maniac.  "Your right. Let's do this!" Olivia said. Yeah, that's Olivia.  She panicks and then goes all competitive. It's just weird. "We're not in sync! " Olivia shouted. "Well it's not my fault!" I shouted back.

The boat started to get a bit wobbly. "We are going to fall!" I shrieked.  "No we're not! Calm down and keep paddling!" She shouted at me. "Okay! okay!" I cried! We kept on paddling like maniacs.  The boat became even more unstable but we just ignored it. Then all of a sudden, our boat tipped over!! "Ahhhhhhhhhh!!!!" We both screamed and then splashed right in the lake.

I got back to the surface of the water and so did Olivia. Lucky I was wearing water proof make up unlike Olivia. She had mascara running down her face. "Um, Olivia,  you have a little something all over your face. She just frowned and went to go flip the boat over so we can get in.

They just announced the winner and obviously we weren't the winners. After we went to go dry up, it was time for fishing. I hope we don't fall over like we did with the race. Me and Olivia climbed into the canoe and got out fishing rods and the bate. I shrieked a little when I looked in the bucket because there were 1000 tiny worms!!

Well Olivia had no problem with it but I do. I felt like gagging but I didn't. I just stayed calm and copied Olivia. "I caught a fish!" Olivia shouted. Yay. "Did you catch one?" She asked me. "What do you think?" I said in response.  She just shrugged and kept on fishing.

~1 HOUR LATER~

Well that was one hour of fishing. And I got nothing! I'm not the expert in fishing but it was fun. We all gathered around the camp fire and having a fun time.
