When I arrived at the space, I was bombarded by everyone including (F/N). All telling me how much they missed me or how worried they were. It was actually touching to say the least.
After all the hugging and what not, we all sat down at the kitchen table. Suzy had made everyone tea, except me which she gave hot chocolate. "You remembered I don't like tea!" I declaired amazed. She giggled, "Of course I did! What kind of friend would I be if I didn't?" 'A kind I'm too used to, that's for sure.'
So, with all of our social calendars halted, we all caught up with each other. We laughed at stupid jokes, we talked about differant projects we want to start on, basically we had fun like we did before everything started. It was the most fun I had in a long time.
"So," I started when there was a patch of silence. "I guess that I don't have to stay with Danny and Barry anymore, huh. I mean, Ash is in jail and everything is fine. I don't have to be protected anymore."
Dan put his hand on mine, "(Y/N), I know you don't have to be protected from him anymore, but I feel like you'll never be truely safe when you aren't with me. For me to be the best I can be for you, I need to be with you. And I don't mean, like, I'm going to chain us together and never let you go. I mean I want our bond to never break and for us to live together happily." "So," (F/N) cut in. "I've agreed to let Barry take your old room and for you to move in with Dan." I turned back to Dan who was smiling. "We actually moved all of your stuff already. Me and Suzy helped with your private things cause I know you probably don't want man hands touching them." She shot a look at all the guys, including Dan, and they all gave innocent looks. "Anyway, what I was trying to say before (F/N) so rudely interrupted me," Dan shot a look back at her and she drew a halo over her head and smiled sweetly. That's when Dan got down on one knee, I knew exactly where this was going. "You make me the happiest person alive, and I want to spend the rest of my life with you," He pulled out a small box and presented it to me, "(Y/N), will you marry me?" I smirked I put my hand under my chin and tapped my foot, "Well, I don't know." I looked down at Dan who was holding back his smile and trying to put on a straight face. "You had to ruin the moment, didn't you." I shrugged. "You're the one who's proposing to me. But cause I loves ya, I'll have to say yes." Dan smiles wide as he slides the ring onto my left ring finger. I start to cry as he holds me close and kisses my forehead.
~Wedding~
I stand there with my arms linked with my dad's. He wasn't really all for this, but he gave me the decision.
The 'Here Comes the Bride' theme starts playing and I guess that's when we start walking. I look up at my dad and he nods. When I get to where I can see everyone, the whole place is filled with friends and family. They're staring at me, some with tears in their eyes. I made sure my dress covered my shoes so I could wear my favorite converse underneath. I never liked dress shoes.
I then can see Danny all dressed up and nervous in a regular tux with a black bowtie and his favorite sneakers. Over to his side were Arin, Ross, Brian, and Barry. Arin wore what he wore to his wedding including the top hat, Ross was wearing his 10th Doctor suit, and Brian and Barry were in normal atire.
Who did I pick for my bridesmaids you ask? Well, just Suzy, (F/N), and Holly. They were all beautiful in their dresses. Suzy had a tight black dress with a corsage on one of the straps, Holly had a long light pink dress with a flower crown of matching roses, and (F/N) had a short-ish light purple dress with her red converse.I stepped in front of Dan and he mouthed 'You look beautiful.' and I smiled.
"Please join hands." We joined our hands and I basically spaced out into Dan's eyes which were filled with love and care. I couldn't believe where I was was real. It felt like a huge dream. But, it was in fact reality cause liquid didn't defy gravity.
I snaped out of it when Dan spoke his I do. Then I repeated his answer when asked the same question. "Does anyone object to these two being wedded in holy matrimony?" There was the usual silence. "ALL AROUND THE WORLD STATUES CRUMBLE FOR ME!!!" The whole room erupted with laughter, especially Dan and I. When the laughter died down, we were then pronounced husband and wife and Danny smashed the glass under his foot.
We then walked down the aisle hand in hand as we were cheered on by the friends and family members of ours. I was truely the happiest girl in the world.
