Camila's POV
After we got back from the pizza place, me and Lauren immediately went to her room.
Now, we were cuddling on her bed and watching a movie.
"Camz?" Lauren asked.
I turned my head to look up at her.
"Hm?" I said.
"I need to tell you something." Lauren said, nervously.
"Okay. What is it?" I asked.
"Well, I kind of have a crush on someone. At least, I think I do. I just, I don't know what to do." Lauren explained.
"Okay. Well, tell me what you like about them." I said.
"Are you sure?" Lauren asked.
"Yeah," I said.
I grabbed the remote that was in Lauren's lap and turned off the TV.
"Go." I said, staring at her.
"Okay. Um, they're kind of dorky sometimes. They're funny, and cute. I don't know why, but when I'm around her my heart starts beating faster and I get butterflies in my stomach. I think i like them." Lauren said.
"It sure sounds like you do." I replied.
After that, it was silent.
Lauren was staring down at her lap, but I was staring at her.
I just sat there, admiring her features.
She was so beautiful.
I can't even put into words how beautiful she is.
My thoughts were interrupted by a pair of soft lips pressing against my cheek.
It was quick, but it still gave me butterflies.
I blushed and looked down at my lap.
"Thank you." Lauren said.
"For what?" I asked, looking at her.
Lauren shrugged.
"For being here with me." Lauren said, placing her hand on my thigh.
"You're welcome." I said, sincerely.

"Where do you want to go?" Lauren asked.
"I don't know." I answered, shrugging.
"Do you want to get coffee?" I asked.
"Yeah," Lauren said, nodding.
As we walked hand in hand towards the coffee shop, I noticed a familiar face sitting at a table.
My mouth opened in shock, and I let go of Lauren's hand.
I stopped walking and so did Lauren.
"Um, you know what, I don't want coffee anymore." I said.
Lauren crossed her arms and stared at me, raising an eyebrow.
"Is something wrong?" Lauren asked.
"Yes!" I said.
"My ex is sitting right over there at the coffee shop." I explained.
"So?" Lauren asked, confused.
"So, I don't want him to see me, or us." I replied.
"Okay, I get why you don't want him to see you. But why does it matter if he sees me?" Lauren questioned.
"Because, I don't want him to think that we're a coup-"
"Hey, Camilla." A male voice said.
I turned towards him.
"Austin, hey. What are you doing here?" I said.
"Oh, I was just getting some coffee. I saw you, so I thought that maybe we could talk?" Austin asked.
"Fine. You have one minute." I said, rolling my eyes.
"Camilla, you don't know how sorry I am. I didn't mean to cheat on you." Austin said.
"What are you trying to say, Austin?" I asked.
"I want you back."
"Austin-"
"No. I'm serious. I know that I hurt you, but can you please give me a second chance?" Austin begged.
"Austin, i'm sorry but I can't." I said.
"Why not?" Austin asked, sadly.
"Because she's my girlfriend." Lauren suddenly spoke up.
I looked at her in shock and confusion.
"What are you doing?" I whispered in her ear.
"Helping you." Lauren whispered back.
"No way," Austin said, rolling his eyes.
"Whatever. Have fun with your little girlfriend, Camilla." Austin said as he turned around and left.
"Thank you." I said, sweetly.
"You don't have to thank me. I could tell that you didn't like him." I nodded.
"Yeah, I don't know why I even dared him. He can't even pronounce my name right."
Lauren and I laughed.
"So, do you still want to get coffee?" Lauren asked.
"Is it a date?" I asked.
"Nope." Lauren replied.
"Why not?" I said, pouting.
"Camz, don't give me that look." Lauren pleaded.
"Tell you what. If you can go the rest of the day without saying anything romantic, then I'll kiss you."
"Wait, really?" I asked, shocked.
"Yep," Lauren said, popping the 'p'.
"Deal!" I said, excitedly.
