Lauren's POV
"I fucking hate those jerks." I mumbled.
"Doesn't everyone?" Camila questioned.
"No, my stupid brother likes them." I replied.
"Still? Even after what Austin said?" Camila asked.
"Yeah, I mean he does hate Austin for saying that, but they're still friends." I explained.
Camila shook her head as she sat down next to me on the couch.
"I don't even want to say his name," I said.
"Then don't," Camila shrugged.
I sighed.
"I just wish Shawn and Dorito boy would leave you alone. You're mine, why can't they get that?" I said.
"Dorito boy?" Camila questioned, laughing.
"Yep," I said, nodding.
"Okay, whatever." Camila giggled.
"I swear, if either one of them come near you again, I will not hesitate to beat their asses." I said honestly.
"Well, you don't have to worry about Shawn anymore," Camila announced.
"What do you mean?" I asked, furrowing my eyebrows.
"I told him not to talk to me anymore," Camila explained.
"Wait, seriously?" I said, surprised.
"Mhm." Camila nodded.
"Good." I said.

"Hey, can we talk?" Chris asked as he opened my bedroom door.
"About what?" I asked as I set my book down next to me.
"Camila..." Chris mumbled quietly.
"What about her?" I questioned, curiously.
"Do you love her?" Chris asked.
"Of course I do," I answered immediately. "Why are you asking me this?"
"Because..... I kind of like her. But don't worry, I promise I won't get between you guys." Chris reassured.
"Okay, but why are you telling me this?" I asked.
"I don't know," Chris shrugged. "Just thought that you should know that."
"I already knew that you liked her, Chris. Everyone in this house knows that." I chuckled.
"How are you okay with this? I just told you that I liked your girlfriend. You should be mad at me," Chris argued.
"Well, I'm not," I replied, shrugging. "You're my brother, I know you would never steal Camila away from me."
"Yeah.... You're right. I would never do that to you, Laur." Chris smiled.
"Well, I-I should go. I have to, uh, do my homework." Chris stuttered.
"Alright," I said, looking at him curiously.
Chris chuckled nervously, then ran out of my room.
