Camilacabello97: How do you know when you're in love with someone?
ShawnyB: Maybe you should ask someone else that question.
Camilacabello97: Why? Aren't you in love with someone?
ShawnyB: Yes.
ShawnyB: You.
Camilacabello97: Shawn...
ShawnyB: What? Don't you feel the same way?
Camilacabello97: Idk. Maybe a little. But I think i'm in love with someone else.
ShawnyB: Who?
Camilacabello97: .....
ShawnyB: Who is he, Camila?
Camilacabello97: It's not a boy.
ShawnyB: Wait what?
ShawnyB: You like girls?
Camilacabello97: Yes..
ShawnyB: Who's the girl?
Camilacabello97: Lauren.
ShawnyB: Lauren..?
Camilacabello97: Jauregui.
ShawnyB: No way
ShawnyB: This cannot be happening right now.
Camilacabello97: You know Lauren?
ShawnyB: Yes! I used to hang out with her brother, Chris Jauregui.
ShawnyB: I can't believe you're in love with her.
Camilacabello97: Sorry..
ShawnyB: Sorry? I just got my heart broken into a million pieces, and all you have to say is sorry?
Camilacabello97: Shawn, our relationship didn't even last long. We never even kissed!
ShawnyB: Whatever.
ShawnyB: I have to go. Bye, Mila.
I sighed and ran a hand through my hair.
"I think I just lost my best friend." I said to myself.

Lauren's POV
"Mani!" I yelled.
"Just a second!" Normani yelled back.
I rolled my eyes and put my hands in my pockets.
"Okay, you can come in now." Normani said.
I opened her bedroom door and took my jacket off.
"So, what'd you wanna tell me?" I asked as I sat down next to her on her bed.
"Oh, yeah. I just needed to tell you that Shawn is actually Shawn Mendes. Does that name sound familiar?" Normani asked.
I thought about it for a minute, then I finally remembered.
"Yes! He was the guy that was trying to kiss me all the time, right?" I asked.
"Yeah. But I need to tell you another thing."
I nodded, signaling for her to continue.
"Camila told me about who she likes."
"Wait, you and Camila talk?" She nodded.
"Yeah, I got her username from Dinah yesterday."
"Anyway, I was shocked, but I kind of saw it coming." Normani chuckled.
"Who does she like?" I asked.
"Sorry Lo, but I promised not to tell. But she said that she would love to meet up with you and tell you who she likes in person."
"I don't get why she can't just tell me." I said.
"You'll find out soon, Lauren."

"Lauren!" My brother yelled.
"What?" I yelled back.
"Shawn is here!"
My eyes widened.
"Why?" I yelled.
"He said he wants to talk to you!"
I sighed and got out of bed.
I walked into the living room to see Shawn sitting down on the couch.
Chris must have went back to his room.
Shawn looked back and noticed me.
He stood up and walked towards me.
"How could you?" He yelled at me, making me flinch.
"What did I do?" I asked, confused.
"You stole Camila from me!"
I scoffed.
"I didn't steal Camila from you. You guys aren't even dating anyways." I said.
"So? I was going to get her back, but she told me that she was in love with someone else." Shawn explained.
"Okay, and what does that have to do with me?" I asked.
"Stop acting dumb, Lauren! You know exactly what I'm talking about."
"No, I don't." I answered honestly.
Shawn scoffed and rolled his eyes.
"Whatever. Just stay away from her." He said as he walked towards the door.
"She's my friend. I don't want to stay away from her."
"I don't care if you guys are friends. I just don't want you to date her, that's all."
"We don't like each other like that." I replied honestly.
"Maybe you don't like her. But she sure does like you." He said.
He turned back around and walked out the door, slamming it behind him.
"Camila has a crush on me?" I said to myself, shocked.
