The thunder crashed and lightning flashed.
My eyes flickered like a candle in the dark. It could light the world on fire.
Slowly and quietly, my frozen hands shift towards the window crank. I lift it up, like a bird taking its first flight; rough and scarcely making its way up there.
This howling gale breathes heavily onto my face. A ghostly touch of a storms gust, loses my balance and all my trust.
This monsoon pierces my skin, gushes through my vein, chilling me down to the core.
