J O S H U A

It's been days since the hair colour prank. Literally days. I'm starting to think they are planning something big, something that might make them win whatever kind of war this was. I wasn't ready for this and I know that Kellin isn't either. That raven haired boy is running around thinking we won the prank war, but I've seen the look in Vic's eyes everytime we pass him in the hall. They're on to something and Oliver won't tell me what it is. I'm starting to worry for my own safety. It's already gone too far where I'm literally too afraid to walk home alone cause they might kidnap me and use me as bait to get to Kellin. So, because of this, I hired somewhat of a detective. It's a girl, my sisters friend Trisha. She's just starting her detective career and needed a case to work on so I offered her this. Her job is to spy on Vic while I try and get as much information out of Oliver as possible. As a matter of fact, I was on my way to meet Trisha right now.

"Joshua!!" She exclaimed and ran towards me with her short legs. She smiled happily and hugged me before taking a look at my face. "It's been such a long time! Won't you look at that! Your jawbone is so sharp I might accidentally cut myself if I touch it!" I laughed and Trisha and opened the door to the restaurant we decided to meet in. She entered and thanked me.

"It's so nice to see you again T. You're shorter than I remembered" I chuckled at her short frame and heard her grunt.

"Carefully Joshua, I'm still longer than your dick" she stated and took a seat at a table for four persons. I sent a questioning glare but she only smiled and placed her bag beside her. "So, if I understand correctly; you want me to spy on the little mexican kid and then report to you if I see him doing something suspicious?" I nodded as a waiter came and filled our glasses with water. Trisha thanked him and I thanked him too, sending him a wink. "Joshua, how many times have I told you to not disturb the staff while they're working?" Trisha asked while looking through the menu, the waiter blushed as I chuckled and opened the menu too.

"Way too many, my dear" I answered and took a sip of my water.

"I'll be back soon to take your orders" the boy said and waited for us to nod so he could go and serve other tables.

"I can't wait," I smiled at him and placed my chin on my hand, looking up at him. I saw Trisha giggling at us two, but I knew that secretly she wants him to leave so she could ask me about Oliver. The thing about girls is that if I tell my sister something, she'll tell Trisha and Kellin too, most of the times Kellin already knew about my secrets while sometimes I just never found a good time to bring it up so he got to hear it from my sister.

"So, what happened with Oliver?" Trisha asked as soon as the waiter was gone. I shrugged and placed the menu on the table, already knowing what I wanted.

"What didn't happen with Oliver," I started with a dramatic sigh. "The bloke doesn't even eat. The only thing he ever puts in his mouth are cigarettes, drugs or my di-"

"Thank you for the information Joshua but do I need to remind you that we are right now seated in a public place and you have already captured the attention of the little children two tables away from us. It's embarassing enough to be in public with you, don't make it worse" Trisha smiled at me and closed the menu she had in her hand. I blushed and waved at the children who were indeed sat two tables away from us. I was going to defense myself - even though I knew it was hopeless - but I got a text message and instead of arguing I opened it.

We're going to the cinemas tonight. I'll pick you up at nine - Ols

Well it doesn't sound too bad. And now it's only seven, so I'll have time to get home and change shirt. The cute waiter came back, ready to take our orders.
