~the next morning~
~Your POV~
You yawned and walked into the living room, then saw Ali asleep on the couch and remembered you'd let her stay another night.
You groaned and walked over, then shook her in an attempt to wake her up.
She rolled over and slowly blinked awake, then smiled weakly before yawning and stretching.
"You up, sleepyhead?" You muttered, smirking.
"Yup..." She muttered, smiling.
"Well, let's get you some breakfast before you go, alright?" You murmured, smiling and then ruffling her hair.
"Alright." She muttered, then got to her feet.

~???'s POV~
The guard dragged me down the long hallway, and I followed against my will.
Visitor? Who in their right mind would-
The guard shoved me down into a chair that sat directly in front of a window. On the other side was a man in a suit with glossy, slicked-back black hair. He sat a briefcase aside as the guard walked off, leaving us in peace.
"I believe you can easily figure out who sent me." The man said, giving a sly grin.
"I believe I can," I muttered, eyeing him suspiciously. "What do they want?"
"They heard the news of your arrest, sir, and said they'd... 'Like to do you a favor...'"
I raised an eyebrow.
"Like what, exactly?"
He glanced around to make sure no one was listening and leaned in. "They do believe they can get you out, sir. They also said they could help you a bit once you're out."
Help me? This sounded too good to be true... Probably wasn't true...
"This can't be true. I know better than that. What do they really want with me?"
"I know nothing of their intentions, sir." The man said.
I scowled but then muttered, "Alright."
The man smiled slyly again and said, "Excellent, sir. I'm sure they'll approve of your decision."
I bit my lip.
They were up to something. I was sure of it. But, who in their right mind would pass up a chance to get out of this terrible place?
