It was the worst day that ever happened to you. You were only 7 years old but your parents were having issues that made you stress. It was a heavy burden to you. You don't have anyone to rely on and to talk to.
You got out of the house and walked to the park. It was snow but you had no choice as it was your parents order to go somewhere where you can't hear their conversation. They told you to stay in your room but you didn't. You hate it. You hate everything that ever happened to you.
You sat on a bench. The park was filled with children. They were playing around with snowball. Some of them even played tag in the cold. Their parents were with them, making sure that their children were safe.
You were sad. None of these things ever happened to you. You were in your thought when suddenly, a basketball came bouncing in front of you. The bounce became slower and stopped. You picked it up and watched for a brief moment before a blue haired boy came rushing towards you. He panted and looked up. "Can I have that ball?" he asked in a polite tone.
You nodded and quickly gave him the ball. He took it and bowed "Thanks." He said with a smile. You watched him as he ran to the otherside of the road. His figure was no longer seen.
You wrapped yourself. It was cold but you didn't want to go home. The children became fewer and fewer until there was no one left in the park except for you. "What am I waiting for?" you muttered to yourself.
Then, you heard the sound of footsteps that became nearer as you waited there any longer. You took a glance of your surroundings when suddenly, you saw a boy with a white scarf in his hand. It was the boy earlier.
He handed you the white scarf and smile."Here. It's cold so you need this."
You refused but he walked closer to you and it made your heart beated fast. He wrapped the scarf around your neck and took a step back. You felt warmth for the first time in those stress years. "T-thanks." You looked up at him and met his gaze. His blue sky eyes were staring at your (E/C) eyes. It made you blushed as you looked away, gripping the scarf around your neck.
"Lets send you home." he said and grabbed your hand. You nodded and both of you started to walk away from the park.
The both of you were holding hands. You showed him the way to your house and sometimes, you would tighten the grip. It wasn't that far away as you reached your home after a few minutes later. He let go of your hand and bid goodbye.
For some reasons, you didn't want him to let go of your hand. You didn't want him to go at all but you let him be. You watched him.
To your suprise, he turned to look at you and waved his hand. Eventhough he was far away, you could hear what he just shouted. You blushed and smiled.
'Let's meet again...'
It became the best day ever instead of the worst but that was the first and last time you saw him... before you moved away.
