Tia's POV

I wasn't able to sleep the whole night when I realized it was already the next morning. I don't know, I feel jittery. I looked at my painting and it was almost done, "Good work, I have two more days to finish this," I said to myself.

Decided that it was time for some breakfast, I headed downstairs towards the café, which were already open for business. I tied my hair, trying to get the hair out of my sight. I walked towards the coffee bar when Lincoln heard me coming,

"Good morning, Tia." He said as he kept serving the coffee,

"Morning, Linny." I said and followed by a yawn, "The usual please," I asked as I sat down on the coffee bar.

He nodded and served the coffee he was making to the other customer, when he looked at me he raised his eyebrow, "Tia, at least dress properly," he said as he pointed at my clothes,

I feel puzzled, since I was perfectly fine, I think. I looked down to myself and realized what he meant; I was wearing my shorts and a black shirt that's full of unicorn's rainbow puke (note the hint).

But I didn't really care, since this is what I do for a living and I'm making good profits from it, why should I be embarrassed about it. I love my job and I'm not going to lie about it, since people always says that a painter's life is a mess, I doubt that.

My life's as good as my planner. (But I don't have one)

My life is perfect, and I don't see anything for me to change. Basically I'm living my life.

"Judgers gonna judge, Linny. That's what they do," I said proudly, only to be given a wet tissue from him.

"At least wipe that paint from your face, you look like you just showered in a rainbow waterfall." He laughed as he continued making my breakfast,

I scoffed at him, "How bad could today be," Yes, everyday I always find my face full of paint, I don't remembered painting my face though.

He gave me his phone for me to look at, and do I have to admit that it was one heavy rainbow waterfall. I gave it back to him and quickly washed the rainbow off with the wet tissues.

As we talked and talked, my breakfast eventually came and being the caveman I was, I gulped down everything almost instantly. "Why don't you just cook for yourself?"

"You're not even busy, Linny. The busy one is I,"

When I looked at the clock, I realized that it was almost somewhere around noon, I said my thanks and paid, even though this is my mother's it is always my responsibility to pay for my own food since I do have my own money.

I prepared myself to go back home to take a shower and dress myself nicely, since I am going to meet somebody that I think is important. When I got home, I quickly took a shower and dressed.

Today, I felt the need to dress up nicely, at least. I wore my favorite long-sleeved black t-shirt that really hugged my body, a pair of black skinny jeans and to top it off, I wore my short black boots. I don't know why I'm wearing all black today.

I grabbed my maroon red bag and stuffed all the necessaries I need to bring. I put on some light make up, since I don't really think I need it.

Before walking out, I grabbed my knitted opened red sweater to at least cover me from the cold breeze. I walked towards my gallery and to be greeted by my co-worker, Isabel, whom also is my friend.

"Fancy seeing you here," She said as she put down a novel she was reading. Isabel is a really sweet girl that's three years younger than me; she works as the gallery's manager.
