TAEHYUNG POV

"Taehyung! It's been a while since you came back! How are you?" Jimin says as he puts an arm over my shoulder. We walk in school and I'm feeling like I'm already regretting my decision.

"I'm fine, just feeling a little groggy. Where's Hopie-hyung?"

"Hoseok? Aye you know where he is," Jimin replies with his eyes already wandering on girls as they walk pass us.

I tighten my tie and adjust my collar, "Dance practice again? Hol, daebak."

"Jinja daebak." He suddenly says in complete awe with his eyes wide, staring ahead at something. I follow his eyes and I feel my jaw dropping. I immediately run straight, pushing people aside along the way.

"Yujin-ah!" I reach my hand out and touch her shoulders. She immediately turns around.

"Ah Taehyung. Good morning." She greets in a warm voice.

"Your hair, it's-" I examine her new hair. Her long wavy black hair is...chopped off. It's now slightly above her shoulders with a light brown shade and dark ombre towards the end."-different."

"Oh igo?" She runs her finger through the ends of her hair."Oma brought me to a night salon since I wanted a change of look. Wae? Do I look nicer in long black hair?"

I smile and shake my head, "Ani, you still look pretty."

I can see her face already blushing. At least this cute part of her didn't change.

"Kaja! You probably have no idea where your class is." I lift my arms, wanting to swing it over her shoulders when I realize she isn't used to any of this yet. Like that night when I kissed her.

Instead, I walk ahead of her, and I hear her footsteps following. The trip to class was quiet, well, between us that is. I can hear people buzzing, Isn't that Yujin? I heard she got into an accident....She's getting prettier every time I see her....hol, why do they look so awkward? Solma...broke up?!

I slide open the classroom door and walk in with Yujin following behind. Her steps are small, she's afraid. I reach out for the end of sleeve and drag her along to her table.

"This is where you sit." I let go of her sleeve and put my hands on my hips. She nods and thanks me, taking a seat at her usual place. I sit at the empty chair beside her and begin rummaging through my bag, taking out my books and putting in on the table.

"You sit beside me in class?" Yujin asks, eyeing my every move.

"I do now." I grin at her cheekily.

"Will the teacher be ok-"

Just then an annoying voice shrieks and I don't even have to turn my head to know who it is. "Yujin-ah! Omo!".

Jaena run towards us and I look up from my desk, obviously annoyed.

"Yujin-ah! I miss you!"

"Ne?" Yujin eyes Jaena while biting her lips. That's right, nobody knows about her memory loss yet.

"Eh~ Quit joking around. Let's eat lunch later! My treat."

Yujin lets out a short tiny laugh but she sounds obviously confused. "I'm sorry but are we...we were close? I don't remember..."

I stand up from my seat, suddenly towering over Jaena.

Jaena flinches, startled since I wasn't very, not aggresive. "Kam-chagiya..." She mutters while rolling her eyeballs.

"I think you should go back to your seat." I growl while glaring into her eyes. She scoffs and folds her arms.

"Ya waegurae..." I hear Yujin whisper. I must have startled her but I was wrong. When I look up, I notice all eyes are on me.

Jaena chuckles and looks over my shoulder, "Yujin-shi, I'll talk to you after school. Najoong-eba. " She says before glowering at me, turning around and walking towards her seat. I drop down to my seat and heave a sigh. The class immediately went back to its noisy usual state.

"Taehyung, gwenchana?" Yujin asks. Her voice is so soothing. Her eyes are full of worries and I want to reel her into a hug so damn bad.

I force a smile on my face and pat the top of her head, "Geokjeong hajima."

She offers me a quick smile before pulling out textbooks from her bag. I notice an unfamiliar notebook and grab it, flipping it open. The date written on top is yesterday's date but her handwriting doesn't seem like hers.

"You studied yesterday? Oh, but your handwriting changed." I ask with a tone of fascination in my voice. Yujin snatches the book from my hands and hugs it to her chest.

"I don't want to lack behind in class." She suddenly pulls out a pair of round glasses and puts it on. Aigo, she looks cuter like this.

I pinch her cheeks and giggle at how cute she's become, "Such a hardworking girl."

She slaps my hand and lets out a hiss. "Ya! If people see us-"

I tilt my head and pout my lips, "Are you really not going to play with me?"
Just then, Yujin freezes for a moment, suddenly putting one hand in her hair.

"Ya...what happen? Gwenchana?" I reach out my hands to touch her but she swats it away.

"Ani...I just remembered something. A picture popped out in my mind, from the past." She opens her eyes and sighs, smoothing down her hair. Through time, she will remember slowly

I don't know what to do since I can't even comfort her without feeling afraid I'll scare her. "Let's just skip school. I don't think you're ready yet."

"Naega gwenchana-"

Before she could even finish her sentence, the head master walks in and the students immediately scramble back to their seats. What's he doing here?

"Attention everybody! I have two announcements to make before your subject teacher comes in. The first is to welcome Shin Yujin back to school." All eyes turn back and Yujin shifts in her seat in discomfort. I let my hands search for hers under the desk and I squeeze it tight. She didn't mind. Maybe it eases her trembling fingers.

"She has gotten into an accident and temporarily lost her memories-"the class suddenly burst into a sudden disbelief. Her hands are trembling even more. "-and that is why I seek for your cooperation. Help her out as much as you can you hear me?" The head master's voice booms across the classroom and the students stopped buzzing immediately.

"Second news is, we have a new student to fill up the last seat in this class. Come in,"

A boy with studded piercings and a sleek brown hair walks into class. The girls squeal in their seats by how 'handsome' he looked. Honestly, I'm even more handsome...

But all of a sudden, Yujin's hands stops trembling. I shift my eyes towards her and notice her eyes wide and lips apart.

"Yujin-ah, gwenchana? What-"

"This guy," her eyes slowly shifts to mine, "I remember him."

The new kid takes a step forward and looks around the classroom. He lifts one end of his lips and clasps both hands together.

"Annyeonghaseyo, jeoneun Jungkook imnida."
