My Ever After: A Bella and Edward Story

Part 2 (Nessie's POV)

I was playing outside of my family's home with my best friends and werewolves Jake and Seth when my mommy left with my grandma and aunts to go shopping. We was leaving tomorrow on a train to go visit our friends that live in Alaska, because Kate and Garrett was getting married. I was excited I've never been outside of Forks.

"Jake, I'm starting to get bored playing in the snow here at the house. If my daddy says it's okay do you guys want to go down to the rez and have a snow ball fight with the others?"

"Sure, Nessie. Go ask your dad." Jake said. "I'll bet the others would love to have a snowball fight."

I walked in the house and found my dad playing Rock Band with my grandfather and uncles. They loved playing that stupid game even though they would get mad at it because it never moved fast enough for them.

"Hey Daddy, do you care if I go down to the rez with Jake and Seth to play with the others?"

"Go ahead just be home before it gets dark. We leave in the morning for Alaska." he told me.

"Thanks Daddy and we will be. I love you."

"I love you too, Nessie."

I gave him a kiss and headed out the door with Jake and Seth.

We jumped into Jake's truck and drove off towards the rez.

When we reached the rez Embry, Quil, Sam, Leah, Jared, Collin, Brady and Emily was waiting for us.

"Hey lets head down to First Beach. We already have forts set up." Quil told us.

"The only thing we need to do is pick teams and make snow balls." Embry finished for him.

"Sounds goo to me. Jake are you ready since we have to be back before dark?" I asked him.

"You better believe it." he answered with a big smile on his face. You defiantly could tell Jake had a plan forming in his head.

"So who is going to be team captains?" Sam asked.

"How about you and Jake, Sam?" Brady answered

"Fair enough our two pack leaders will choose." Seth said with excitement. "At least that way we know everything will be fair and no one can cheat. Embry!"

"What? I don't cheat." Embry stated and everyone just laughed. The last time we had a snowball fight Embry was out and was throwing snowballs at the other team from the side lines.

"Ok while I'm picking first since I'm the youngest and the best." Jake said.

"Fine with me." Sam told him.

"Well we all know who I'm going to pick first so Nessie get over here."

I walked over to Jake with a big smile on my face.

"I'm going to set this one out." Emily told us.

"Fine, then Jared." Sam called

"Seth"

"Embry"

"Quil"

"Paul"

"Leah"

"Brady."

"Collin."

"wait the sides are uneven since Emily is sitting out." Paul complained.

"Not really Jake and Nessie kind of count as one." Quil and Seth said at the same time.

"True that." I agreed and gave Jake a light kiss on the cheek which made him blush.

"Ok so lets lay down some rules. No changing into wolves or any running. You get hit your out. We make 10 snow balls apiece and you can't make any more til everyone is out. Sound fair to everyone?" I asked

"Sounds good with me." Leah said

Everyone agreed. So we each made our 10 snowballs and when everyone was done we started our snow ball fight.

I hit poor Brady in his back. He didn't even see it coming. He was already out of snow balls from trying to get Jake.

Sam got Quil

Jake took out Paul

Leah got Jared, which was a big shocker, but he was also out of snow  balls from trying to get me. Even with out running i was still faster than Jared was at throwing.

Seth got Embry which mad him mad.

So the first round was down to Sam on his side all alone and out of snow balls, against Jake, Seth, Leah, Collin, and myself. We let Sam reload and since he was out of team mates we let him have 30 snow balls and we had about 15 between us.

I was the one who ended up taking Sam out, but only after he took out Leah, Seth, and Collin.

Sam's team won the second round and five and my team won rounds three and four.

'When we finished round five it was time for Jake, Seth, and I to go. But we needed to stop by Billy's first.
