Dustin sniffed opening his eyes just a crack and sneezed, the dust particles raised up, flying in the air. His wrists and ankles burned with the rope rubbing against him making deep burns. Jake was still sleeping or unconscious tied up behind him. They were sitting back to back their hands tied behind their backs. Dustin's eyes were now big and wide open trying to analyze the surroundings. Black, black, and more black. The only spot he could see was the ground beneath him and around him for maybe a foot before it all faded. "Jake! Wake up..." Dustin pulled on the ropes and Jake woke up due to the burning sensation that shot through his arm so. "Ugh... Where are we?" Jake groaned moving but hissing in pain. "I don't know. Do you think-" Dustin's ears picked up something. "Glad to see your awake children." Eyes lurked in the dark, reappearing and vanishing more than once. The boys fell silent staring at the darkness surrounding them. "Why are we here? Who are you? How did-" Dustin's face stung as his frail head snapped to the side. "You are curious and testy. Just like she was." The voice hissed and growled like a dog. Jake glared into the nothingness that swallowed just about everything. "Who's she? You mean Liz?" Dustin hesitated to say that. After he did the room became colder and shivers were sent up his spine, making every little hair stick up on the back of his neck.
"Why yes. That is her. She knows where you are. She knows more than you can imagine. She is the one who's keeping things from you." The voice sounded sorrowful but still quite cold. "What? Mom never keeps stuff from us!" Jake yelled enraged but belief seemed to creep it's way into his words. "Haha! That's a lie. She has kept something from you that makes you value able to me." Light flooded into the room lighting up the dull brick walls. Machines were covered in dust and covered in a red rough substance from years of no use. Cobwebs littered the ceiling and it smelt like dust and grime. Before them stood a tall woman. High cheekbones and a disapproving look. Black tights and a leather jacket covered her curves. Her black hair was down in loose curls framing her face and her deep cherry red lips showed how pale her face was. She wore black boots with a heel that could hurt real bad if she ever needed to use it. "I'm sure you know what it's like to be lied to." The woman stepped around them in a big circle. She had big owl eyes like Liz did only they were a red. "How are your eyes red?" Jake asked tilting his head like a confused puppy. "Secrets my boy. It's so sad! I love children! Why didn't she tell you who I am?" The lady smiled. "N-no." Dustin squeaked. "I knew she would try to keep us away..." The lady's face turned a bit pained as if she expected that answer.
"Let me introduce us. Children you may come out!" The booming voice echoed around and at least five figures stepped out of the shadows. One was Mister Tim, the next one was his wife Miss Lilly, then there was a teenage girl and boy who looked almost identical, then at the end was a little boy who was probably seven. "I've heard you've already met part of the family! So why not meet the rest of us?" The woman smiled almost insanely. "Uh... We don't... Um..." The boys throats went dry and they had nothing to say. "You've met Timothy and his wife now haven't you? Well for starters then I'm Lady Carithma." She said politely. "These are Brendan and Briendly. The twins if you haven't noticed." Dustin nodded taking in their features and Jake just stared at Breindly in awe. They both had brown eyes, brown hair, the pale skin and blood red lips Lady Carithma had, almost identical but different genders. "Last but not least little Zaki." Carithma smiled at the little boy. Zaki glared and he boys and bared his white cricked teeth before hiding them away again. "So if Mister Tim is related to Liz, how are you related to him?" Dustin pieced all the things together. "Well, easy to say. I'm your grandmother." Jake's and Dustin's mouth dropped. To be related to one mental man was enough. But an entire mental family he never knew about was just to much to take in.

Liz tromped her way through the forest. Her temper was pushed over the boiling point a while ago. "Mother, if you dare hurt them. I'll kill you." Liz muttered. After years of not talking to each other and trying to live a normal life her mother is coming back. So was the rest of the family she didn't want known by everyone. Liz was worried not only for the boys but if her secret was told. Liz was sick and tired of running from them. She knew her brother lived with her mom. She knew that his teacher was somehow related to him. Heck, if her little brother Zaki didn't eat them first then she'd bet Carithma would do something just as bad. Who knew what they were going to do. After all there last name did mean unpredictable when they made it. She stopped right in front of another open field with an old shed in it. It's walls were covered in leaves and vines. The top floor windows glass were either broken or to dirty to see in. The door itself was hanged on only by one hinge. The grass was at least a foot and a half high. Not to mention rusty parts laying around. The clouds were always a dark grey and thick when she was over but near her house they were white and puffy. Her house was new and clean while theirs was a messy and old. She was nice while they were mean. Exact opposites they almost always were. Liz tromped up to the door and kicked it the last hinge broke and the door fell down with a loud thud. "Excuse me! But those kids belong to me!" Liz said calmly but loud enough everyone could here her.

Dustin and Jake were trapped. Little Zaki looked ferocious and hungry coming in closer on them. "Zaki has only been eating chickens for so long. He wants to try something new..." Briendly stated as if it were the answer to a addition problem. "Wha- no no no!" Jake struggled even with the burning ropes starting to make him bleed. The little boy Zaki stepped forward and one step closer which made the boys panic. Suddenly the hinge on the door broke and the door groaned before falling down with a loud bang. Liz who was on the other side dressed like one of them, she seemed calm but her voice rang with anger. "Excuse me! But those kids belong to me!" Liz stepped past the door and walked up. Without a second thought everyone became jittery. Zaki ran and hid behind an old machine, the twins took a few steps back to make sure they were at least five feet away, and Mister Tim and Miss Lilly were close together moving back slowly. The only one who stayed still and was showing no signs of fear was Lady Carithma. "Why I don't expect we were expecting you. I thought you wanted to stay in your princess castle." Lady Carithma spat with venom and the others snickered at her. "I came when you stole my children." Her teeth guided inside her skull and the other stopped once her hand started to tap on her pocket. 'Why is everyone afraid of her? She looks just as scary as the others.' "Dare me?" Liz raised an eyebrow. "All for both." Lady Carithma bowed her head. "Deal." Liz bowed her head and opened her eyes in an evil like way. "Boo." After the word all the lights shut down and the boys were left in the dark. Nothing was heard or could be seen. The roped slipped off of Dustin and he rubbed his sore wrists. Waiting and straining his hearing he could hear light footsteps then the lights flicked back on. Everyone but Lady Carithma and Liz were tied up. The twins tied to a support beam in an awkward uncomfortable position, Mr. Tim and Mrs. Lilly were tied to chairs right next to each other. With two pocket knives stuck in the chair right next to their throats, and Zaki had a rope leash from him to the tractor and chains binding him up. Liz and Carithma stood in the same spot before the lights went out. "Everyone is gone but you mother. Let them go." Liz sighed dramatically. "I can't believe you, this is why no part of your family loves you. One day they'll all turn!" The woman hissed. Liz took each of the boys by her hand and turned her back to Carithma. "I don't care about you mother. Just leave us alone." The boys looked back one last time only to see something they've never seen before. Carithma's smile turned to a deep frown. Her eyes lost there insane spark. Her broad shoulders slumped down a little. She stared at them as they walked out with so much hurt they could almost feel her great pain. 'Sorry grandma.' Dustin thought. Almost as if she had read his thoughts she gave him a weak smile. Jake didn't seemed hurt by Liz saying that at all and he knew he shouldn't either, but deep down Dustin still cared for her, even if she tried to kill him. Liz, Dustin, and Jake walked out of the old abandoned shed without a second thought. "When we get home. Don't tell your father about this." Liz gave them each one last stern look before starting to wander back.
