Masky walks into the gym the Proxies use to train in. Hoodie was already there, hitting his crowbar at a dummy. Toby wasn't there yet, as usual.

"Is Toby still sleeping?" Masky asks.

"Yup." Hoodie nods and rests the crowbar on his shoulder. "But now, he has been having a tough time sleeping unlike the other times where he was staying to flirt with Clocky or something." He sits on one of the exercise machines. Masky grabs his pipe and swings it a few times at the dummy. Toby walks in, rubbing his eyes and slips his goggles on.

"Why have you been so tired lately?" Masky glances at the twitching boy.

"I-I haven't b-been g-getting much s-sleep lately." Toby shrugs and pulls out his hatchets.

"Why's that?" Hoodie asks. Toby shrugs and ticks a little.

"Dude, he's probably trying to ask out Clocky or something." Masky chuckles.

"A-am n-not!" Toby snaps his head towards Masky. Hoodie and Masky start chuckling and Toby growls. "S-stop m-making f-fun of m-m-me like t-that!" He throws one of his hatchets at Masky. Hoodie grabs it in time and they stare at Toby quietly. His mouth opens a little, like he wanted to say something, but no sound came out. He drops his other hatchet and runs upstairs, twitching and cursing.

"D*mn. Someone was upset." Masky sets his pipe down and walks up the stairs. Clockwork and Jane stood by the stairs, talking to each other. "You guys seen Toby?" Masky asks.

"He ran upstairs." Clocky points upstairs. Masky nods and runs up to Toby's room and opens the door. Toby sat on his bed with his goggles in front of him and his hand over his eyes.

"Toby," Masky sits down beside him.

"G-go away." Toby growls.

"I just wanna talk-" Masky shrugs.

"I don't wanna talk to you!" Toby barks without stuttering, which caught Masky off guard. Masky leaves and Toby flops back and stares at the ceiling. "Why can I not feel physical pain but I can feel emotional pain? I bet physical pain doesn't hurt as much." He sighs.

Masky walked back to the gym.

"What'd you tell him?" Hoodie asks.

"I didn't tell him anything, he didn't want to talk to me." Masky shrugs. Hoodie nods and Toby walks down.

"S-Slenderman says i-it's dinner t-time." Toby says in a monotone voice and avoids eye contact with Hoodie and Masky. He walks back up the stairs and so does Hoodie and Masky. The other Creepypasta sit in their assigned seats at the long table. Slenderman sat at the end of the table, Masky sat next to him, Toby sat across from Masky and Hoodie sat next to Masky.

"Jeff, gimme back my Teddy bear!!" Sally cries. Jeff dangles the stuffed animal over her and laughs.

"Jeff, stop being such a bully!" Jane snatches the teddy bear and hands it to Sally and sets the little girl in her lap. Toby rested his chin in his hand as he twirled his fork in his food.

Toby. Slenderman glances at him. Elbows off the table.

"S-sorry, sir." Toby drops his arm.

"What's up with you?" Jeff eyes him suspiciously.

"Nothing." Toby shakes his head.

"There's obviously something wrong." He frowns.

"Jeff, leave him be." Masky glares at him.

"Tim's protecting Toby? Hmm..." Jeff smirks.

"S-stop it, J-Jeff." Toby grips his fork tighter.

"I think these two like each other~" Jeff chuckles. BEN, Dark Link, Clocky start giggling with him.

"Shut up, Jeff." Masky growls.

"Ooh, now Timmy's getting upset that I'm teasing his boyfriend." Jeff laughs with some of the other Creepypasta. Toby stands up and slams his hands on the table. Everyone's silent and Jeff smiles.

"J-Jeff, y-you're a pathetic, l-low, ugly s-son of a b-b*tch." Toby mutters. "I-I'm a t-twitchy, s-stuttering, idiot. I-in case you h-haven't n-noticed, M-Masky d-doesn't deserve someone l-like me." He slides his goggles on top of his head and pulls off his mouth guard. He sighs. "Excuse m-me." He walks out and Masky follows him. Toby walks to his room and flops down on his bed and rubs his face.

"Toby?" Masky knocks. He sits down beside Toby.

"Please l-leave m-me alone." Toby frowns.

"Don't let the others get to you about sh*t like that. Don't you like Clockwork anyway? Why are you so upset about them teasing you?" Masky tilts his head to the side.

"No I don't!" Toby sits up, tears pricking his eyes. "I-I don't l-like her! Y-ya w-wanna know w-why I've b-been having t-trouble s-sleeping?! Be-because I c-can't stop thinking about you!" Masky freezes.

"Me?" He feels his heart speed up.

"I-I kn-know you already t-think I'm annoying, b-but I d-don't even c-care anymore." Toby folds his arms and turns his gaze to his feet. Masky sighs.

"Toby, I don't think you're annoying. I just said that to make the others think I didn't like you." He smiles a little. Toby blushes and looks up at Masky.

"W-well, why the h*ll haven't y-you s-said anything?!" Toby blushes more.

"Why would I? I'd thought you wouldn't talk to me anymore if I did." Masky shrugs. Toby smiles and hugs Masky. He pulls him up and their fingers intertwine and Toby rests his hand on Masky's shoulder and Masky wraps his arm around Toby's waist. The faint melodic waltz of Quiet Slumber echoing in the room. Masky spins Toby and he chuckles and he stops in front of him and slides Masky's mask off and brings his lips to his.
