This is based off a video of this gay couple I watched and one of them was explaining the proposal and this is the story but with Leotello cause it's so cute. And I'm dedicating this oneshot to redwritingdesk cause she got me supporting Leotello and Raphangelo and I love her stories cause they're my life and she's just awesome and her writing is fucking amazing and I throw a party every time she updates her stories like yus ^ω^! So I hope you like this oneshot (if Red reads this imma be so happy :3)

Leo and Donnie have been dating for around two to three years. And they can say those were the best yet hectic years of their lives. And this day was one of the hectic ones.

The planned to go to the city and spend time together, do some shopping, sight seeing, going to one of the festivals they had, and all that.

Donnie had went to the jewelry store the day before to get rings. He was the one who planned this whole day for months. Leo had no idea what his intentions were but he knew Donnie really wanted this day to be special.

"You ready to go, Donnie?" Leo called from the bathroom.

Donnie went through his things, making sure he had the rings and all the stuff he needed.

"Donnie." Leo called again. Still Donnie wasn't paying attention. Leo walked over to him and wrapped his arms around his waist and kisses his cheek.

Donnie jumped a little and quickly hid the rings in the bag. He turned and faced Leo. "You scared me, you dork."

Leo smiled and pecked his lips. "You weren't paying attention to me."

"Sorry I was just trying to make sure I got everything." Donnie smiled sheepishly.

"You really want this to be special huh?" Leo chuckled. Donnie nodded and Leo pulled him into a sweet kiss to make the brunette feel better.

The two head out to the car to drive to the train station. Donnie double and triple checked to make sure he had the bag with the rings. As Leo pulled out of the driveway, Donnie grabbed the wheel.

"WAIT!!" Donnie pulled the keys out of the ignition and runs back inside and grabs his bag. Leo drummed his thumbs against the wheel, making an aggravated look. Donnie ran back to the car smiling nervously. "Sorry, honey." He got in the car.

"You're lucky I love you, Don." Leo grumbled and started the car again. "Do you have everything?" He looked at him.

"Yes."

"Positive?"

"Mhm."

"Are you sure? Cause I don't want you grabbing the damn wheel again."

"I'm sure."

Leo started driving and Donnie yelled out, "WAIT STOP THE CAR!!"

Leo stomped on the breaks and looked at him. Donnie just smiled. "You were just doing that to annoy me weren't you?"

Donnie pecked Leo's cheek. "Just drive."

Leo continued driving to the train station as Donnie thought about him proposing to Leo.

When they got their, they got on the platform to wait for the train. Donnie went through his bag and made sure the rings were still there. God knows what Donnie would do if the rings were missing.
