Midnight X Reader

Okay so back before school started I watched this video that had all the Midnight comics and I got really depressed by it cause it was really touching and everyone's like I love Midnight but honestly when I see him I get shaky cause I'm not used to Mikey being like that. So that's kind of how it is in this oneshot but also mixed with the way everyone else's reactions when they see him

You ran into the lair and saw Leo, Donnie, and Raph sitting on the couch, Leo bandaging his eye and Donnie crying silently. You frown and walk over to them.

"Guys, what happened? I just get a call but you didn't tell me anything." You notice a deep gash in Raph's leg. You look around and don't see the orange-clad turtle anywhere. "Where's Mikey..?"

"That's the problem, (y/n)..." Leo looks up at you. "Mikey completely lost it. He attacked us and joined with the Foot. He calls himself Midnight."

"Midnight? Why?"

Leo shook his head and looked down. You look at the others and you could tell they didn't wanna talk about it. You walk into the dojo and grab your (y/w) {your weapon}. You walk out and they look at you.

"No, (y/n)," Raph walks over to you.

"I'm going to find him. I want to know what's going on." You urge.

"He's insane! He almost cut my leg off, almost scratched Leo's eye out, and Donnie isn't speaking! I don't want him hurting you!" Raph barks.

"When he was normal... he told me he would never hurt me. I doubt he'd do anything horrible to me, Raph." You say, remembering when he admitted that he loved you.

"Me and Midnight are brothers and he still attacked me! You really think you're gonna be any different to him?!" Raph throws his hands in the air. "Fine... go on... he'll do the same to you." He walks back over to his brothers and you run out of the lair in search of Mikey.

You climb a rooftop and keep your weapons close to you. You chew your lip in nervousness, feeling afraid of what he might do if he finds you.

"Well... there's a face I didn't expect to see..."

You turn and look up and see Mikey standing on top of a water tower, wearing a black mask and black sleeves. He had two scars on his left cheek and his once warm and happy aura was gone.

You felt yourself tearing up as you stared at him. "Mikey..."

He jumps down and walks over to you slowly. "They sent you huh? Or you're just looking for trouble?" He eyes you.

"Mikey, what are you doing?" Tears start rolling down your face. "This isn't you at all."

He growls lowly. "My name is Midnight. You may not like it but this is me now. Michelangelo is gone." He pulls out a katana and glares at you. "I don't need you to try and convince me to go back to being a dumb child."

"I don't want to fight you," you feel your hands start to shake as you grip your (y/w). "Please, Midnight... I just want to talk."

"I wanna fight you!!" He barks and charges at you and swings the katana at you. You block it and feel your legs go weak and collapse under you. "Pathetic..." he scoffs and stands over you. "Maybe I couldn't kill the others but I can end you." He raises his katana over you.
