I closed the door behind me and walked to the leaving room.

"Mom! Dad! ?, I'm home" I shouted ,as I threw myself and my bag on the couch then put my feet comfortably on the table.

"what a day! " I murmured.

"Hey sis, dont you ever shout that loud again, you might frighten the wolf spirits thinking an ogre has been chasing them." said the voice, whom I easily recognized,

its Ethan, my brother.

I turned around and saw my brother , shirtless, with some water pouring down in his naked body.

Ethan was tall even taller than our Dad and he even got the same set of blue eyes with him.

He has curly brown hair and a pinky pouty lips. I didn't know that a guy with a pouty lips could be that sexy ,but I never tell him anyway.

"Eww Ethan, Don't you know the word "CLOTHES", people had been using it so many years ago" I teased him,stretching the word clothes.

"If I hadn't know sis, your so jelous of my body because I have the curves, on the right places" Ethan said ,while he mockingly swayed his hips.

I threw some pillows on him while laughing really hard.

"Silly boy! " I said, still laughing.

"Hey, dontcha do that to your older brother" He said while walking towards me holding one pillow that I threw to him.

"older you mean ? two months and 3 days " I couldn't resist raising an eyebrow to him.

"Yeah, still older, by the way where have you been. I didn't see you at school" he said as he sat beside me slipping his arms to my shoulder.

Ethan was in senior just like me. Im praying day and night to the wolf spirits that dont let Ethan and me be in the same class. Its quite annoying to watch your brother flirt with some girls.

"Maybe beacuse you were at the hall drooling over some unmated shewolves, while I'm stucked at my classroom wondering what in the world was happening there". I answered.

"woah! who says Im drooling, Its the other way around they couldn't resist my charm" He said winking at me. As much as I want to protest, I couldn't, b'cause he was now massaging my forehead and it feels so f*cking good.

And it lead me reminisced the past, How did I ever end up having this wonderful family.

I woke up beacuse of the loud noise that my aunt was making, she was shouting ,probably picking a fight with her husband again. The shouts and yelling were followed by a thud, as if something had been broken. I sighed, whatever reason it had cause, she surely lost her temper.

I silently moved to get off the bed making sure my little cousin would'nt wake up by my actions.

"Poor Lily, she will grow with this kind of family" I thought, while tucking her in the blanket.

I walked tiptoeing towards my uncle and aunt's room.

My Mother once said, It's bad for a children to be listening to the elders conversation ,but I know I had too.

These fast few days the quarrels of my aunt has been always about me. My Mother died when I was still eight while my father died a few months ago on a war somewhere in middle east.

I turned the doorknob and poked my head inside the room. I saw my uncle lying on the floor beside the bed while my aunt was walking back and forth still shouting. The room was a mess, there's a broken vase, a tattered curtain and a wooden chair with only three legs left intact.

" You asshole! you still have the guts to get drunk liked that while your daughters are starving to death "my aunt shouted, throwing a figurine to my uncle.

"Tomorrow, I will sell Maddison to the pub wether you like it or not " she said with a determined voice.

I gasped for some air but quickly put my hands on my mouth to prevent a sob to escaped. I can't believed to what I've just heard.

"Angie, Maddison is just 10 , you can't do this to her" My uncle said, still groggy.

"why not? you said it yourself, she wasn't really your brothers child. you're not even related to her".

I slowly closed the door, I just can't take it anymore. All this time my Dad was not really my dad , how could Mom do this to me, I wished I had died with her.
