"Erm, Hi." I squeaked. "I'm sorry I'll leave, I'm sorry." I said blushing furiously. "U-uh no it's fine." he stammered. "No it's your room, I'll feel worse than I already do." I said getting up. "Look I don't care just as long as you don't steal covers." Zayn said a confident smirk plastered on his face. "Oh, um a-alright." I said quietly settling back into his bed. I felt my cheeks blaze and couldn't help but feel a little bit excited.
He's dating your sister you really shouldn't be sharing a bed with him.
I felt my heart drop, he was just being nice, a gentleman. After tonight I would just be hanging out with Niall again and tonight never really happened. I squeezed my eyes shut as I felt the bed dip. "Hey." Zayn whispered. I held my breath, but didn't open my eyes "I know you're not asleep." Zayn said. I opened my eyes and let out my breath "Yes?" I asked staring into his hazel eyes, even noticeable in the dark. "I just wanted to say sorry on behalf of your sister. I'm sure she didn't mean what she said, she was just angry." He said giving me a crooked smile, that might I add killed me on the inside. "Thanks, but I'll believe that when she actually tells me that." I said softly before turning around to face his wall.

I watched as she turned around. I felt a small smile playing on my lips. I thought this would be the perfect chance to get to know her, ever since I met her she was always never around and I want to at least be on good terms with my girlfriends sister. I closed my eyes and began to fall asleep.
I heard a shrill annoying noise that made me jolt awake from my sleep. I saw Lindsey hunched over something in the floor cursing silently. "I'm going to be so fucking late." She mumbled. "Lindsey?" I asked my voice coming out hoarse. She looked over at me "Crap. I'm sorry, I'm trying to turn it off." She said. "What is it?" I asked. "It's my alarm for work, sorry." She said pushing a few buttons on her phone finally getting it to turn off. "Sorry, I'm going now." She said before putting her hair up in a bun. "Do you need a ride?" I asked trying to be nice. "No it's okay Niall said he'd give me one." She said before leaving.

"Have fun!" Niall shouted as I got out of the car. "Yeah doubt it." I muttered as I walked into the cosmetic shop. "Lindsey you're late!" Diana my boss said. "Yeah sorry I had a but of a snag in where I'm living at the moment." I said. "Oh, I'm sorry dear go ahead with your day then." She said shooing me to my counter. After about two hours of old ladies asking me what color they should choose it was finally my break. I hunched over in a chair and began rubbing my temples. I loved this job, but sometimes I was too stressed to enjoy it properly. I heard the bell jingle signaling someone had walked in and I looked over at Diana who was already helping somebody. Looks like my breaks over early. I stood up and straightened out my jeans and shirt before walking back to the counter. "How may I help you today?" I asked Zayn? "Zayn what are you doing here?" I asked.
"Well Niall couldn't bring this to you so he asked me to." He said handing me a brown paper bag, probably my lunch inside. "Thanks." I mumbled quietly. "So how's work?" He asked trying to make conversation. I don't know why but I felt anger bubble up in me "Zayn, why are you talking to me? Shouldn't you be with my sister helping her get her house sorted?" I asked. He smile sheepishly "She's a bit snappy with that whole situation right now so it would probably be best if I steered clear of her and I actually wanted to try and get to know you." He said. "You didn't seem to want to get to know me when you're banging my sister in the room right next to me so why does it matter now?" I asked taking out the grilled cheese in the bag, which I was really excited about because Niall made some pretty ridiculous grilled cheese.
He blushed at the comment I made before clearing his throat "I just thought since I've been dating your sister for almost a year now that I should probably get to know her sister just a tad better. I just want to make a good impression on family y'know?" He said. "Zayn, I'm her sister it doesn't matter if I like you or not. You just got to get by the parents and you've met my parents before, they loved you." I said. "But that's the thing, I want you to like me." Zayn said. Trust me buddy, I like you. A lot more than you'll ever know.
