Everyone gasped in shock as I said this. I could feel their stares as they couldn't believe what I was saying. I got out of bed, feeling way better than the previous two days, and stepped around my Pokémon to look at all of them. Natsu, of course, was the first to react.

"Wh..." he started. His face changed into a blazing dragon slayer. "What the hell are you talking about?!" He roared. "What do you mean you're leaving?!"

I let him vent to me, keeping my head lowered. Gray had to hold him back in his arms he was so angry, and the tears of course started coming back too. I let them fall, and Natsu just kept yelling until Erza had to smack his head to have him be quiet.

"Let Elena explain herself!" She yelled, him holding his head in pain. She then gave me a harsh glare. "Well?"

I swallowed. "I'm sorry..." I sobbed. "But we have to go back. It's not safe here. Not anymore."

Lucy let out a breath. "Why would you say that?"

"Palkia came to me in a dream," I said, and everyone got their shocked faces back.

"The legendary that brought you?" Erza asked.

I nodded. "It showed me something I didn't want to see. Something that would happen if I did stay here." I looked at my team. "Something that I can't let happen."

"What did you see?" Lucy asked.

"Nothing," I answered sharply.

"Please tell us," Wendy begged.

"That's just it. I saw nothing. Everything was in rubble and ashes. All of Fiore was gone." My eyes moved to Eevee. "From Eevee and everyone else."

"That's garbage!" Gray countered. "There's no way that would happen with them! They would never leave your side like that!"

"They were being controlled. You and I both know that it could very well happen in this world!" Gray opened his mouth to argue again, but closed it in frustration when he realized I was right. "And that's why we have to go. Erza, give me my Pokéballs."

Erza hesitated, but complied with me when I stood in front of her for about a minute without saying anything. My chest was burning with pain. If they thought that I really wanted to leave them, they were dead wrong. I was being way stronger than I felt, that was a fact. But I couldn't show them how hard it was to say goodbye, they would just talk me out of it all together.

"Return, everyone." I said while they went back into their balls. I didn't look at anyone else as I stepped out of the infirmary with Eevee following. No one tried to stop me either, which surprised me. They just stayed in the infirmary without another word.

I walked back to me and Lucy's house to put on the original clothes I had when I first came to Fiore. The tears were gone now, but my chest still throbbed with pain. It wasn't until I pulled up my hair to my ponytail that I realized Natsu was standing in the doorway.

"So, you really are serious." I heard him growl.

I jumped, gasping in fright. "Oh, it's you, Natsu." I looked around behind him. "Where's Lucy?"

"She's back at the guild crying her eyes out with Levy trying to cheer her up." His fierce eyes then looked up at me, and I let out a shaky breath. "Why are you doing this?"

I swallowed my fear, and gave him a fierce face. "Because I'm doing what's right. Fiore isn't going to crumble to ruins because of us."

"It's not going to crumble at all!" He yelled. "Where the hell did you hear that tale?!"

"I told you, I heard it from Palkia! Are you questioning the power of a legendary Pokémon?"

He softened his face an inch, but still looked angry. "I really don't know," he answered. "It sounds like a bunch of trash to me."
