Fairy Tail Eeveelution

2020...

Lucy wakes up and rubs her eyes in tiredness. She looks out the window of her bedroom, seeing the sun shining through the curtains. She yawned. "Another day at the guild...it's actually been really peaceful now. And that's a good thing considering our war with Zeref just a few days ago..." She then looked at her front door. "Guess I should start getting ready for our 100 Years Quest. I hope I find Aquarius's key while we're on it, too." She throws her pink bedspread off of her, and heads into the bathroom.

After showering and putting on her travel clothes, she sits down in front of the mirror to do her hair. But as she lifts her arms up she gasps in fear. A girl with brown hair and blank hazel eyes stared at her creepily from across the room.

Lucy spun around, scared out of her mind. She gasped for breath with her heart pounding when no one was there. "What...what was that?" She put a hand on her chest and took a deep breath. "I must be seeing things. Maybe it's the nerves..."

Lucy relaxed again and sighed. "Okay...almost done." She went back to putting her hair into two side ponytails, and then felt something like fur on her leg. She froze, chills going through her body. Lucy's eyes moved downward, and a small silver creature was stepping away from her. A rush of fear went through her and she let out a shaky breath as her eyes were wide.

The small furry creature with a bushy tail and long fox-like ears then looked at her with nothing but white eyes. "Vveee..." It echoed into her mind.

Lucy screamed, throwing herself out of the chair and kicking the front door open.

She didn't stop running until she crashed into the front doors of the Fairy Tail guildhall. "NATSUUU!!!" She squealed, rushing right up to him and tackling him down to the ground. He yelled in fright as they fell.

"Lucy!! What'd you do that for?!" Natsu asked in annoyance as they hit the ground.

"There...there are ghosts in my house!" Lucy's voice was shaky as she trembled in fear. Natsu realized she was serious, and lost his angry expression immediately.

"Ghosts?" He asked. "What are you talkin' about?"

"Yeah, Lucy. There's no such thing as ghosts. Not unless they're summoned by some kind of magic." Gray crossed his arms. "Wait...don't tell me you learned how to do that?"

"Of course not, you idiot!" Lucy yelled back at him while still clutching to Natsu. "Why do you think I rushed in here scared out of my mind?!"

"Okay fine, your house is haunted!" Natsu went back to being annoyed. "Now would you get off of me, already?"

"That doesn't make me feel better, you know!" Despite his back talk, Lucy released her hold on him and sat up. She was still trembling as she remembered. "I know what I saw...it was a girl and some kind of small creature. And they're eyes were staring right through me...like they weren't even from this world."

"That makes no sense, Lucy." Natsu said. "You're probably just nervous for the quest."

"I'm telling you-"

"Guys...!" Wendy said in shock. All of team Natsu looked at her, and she was shaking in fear just as much as Lucy had been. She pointed to the middle of the guild hall as she had her eyes wide and took a breath in her own fear. Everyone followed her direction, and they all gained their own sense of terror at what they saw.

The see-through girl with the brown hair and blank eyes stood there staring at them.

The small, fluffy creature with long ears on her shoulder blinked it's pure white eyes. A wave of fear surrounded Team Natsu as they stared back at the ghost-like figure.

"...See?" Lucy forced out. "That's them...!"

"Impossible..." Erza said softly.

"Wh-what do they want...?" Wendy asked after another moment.

The ghost girl started to lift her arm then, and the whole team stiffened. She suddenly glitched, blinking her eyes right after. "Help...us..."

All of a sudden, Lucy relaxed her stance. She took a step forward in wonder, and Natsu moved his eyes to her in disbelief. "Lucy, what are you doing?!"

Lucy blinked, a familiarity stirring in her heart. "...Ellie?"
