“It’s New Year’s Eve, I’m spending it with friends, my wife, Ads and Eve.” Louis started rapping, well trying to rap as he was changing the girls.

I was currently in bed, all snuggled up in the covers. I was coming down with something. I was so cold and head-achey. I felt shit.

“Babe, quiet down a bit would you?” I murmured to Louis. He placed Evelyn next me while he sat on the bed with Adalyn in his arms.

Evelyn looked up at me and tried to move closer to snuggle with me, but as they were both only still 3 and so months, they still couldn’t do that, unless they were very skilled and advanced. But then Louis and I made them, so they may have a few tricks up their sleeve when they get older.

“Come here baby.” I cooed to Evelyn as I picked her up and brought the covers over her and snuggled her into me. She was nice and warm.

“I love you so much.” I whispered to her.

“Are you still feeling ill?” Louis asked me, I looked up from Evelyn and smiled.

“Yes. But I’ll get through it.” I replied, running my fingertips through the little strands of Evelyn’s blonde hair.

“You still up for tonight?” Louis asked as fed Adalyn. I really did admire Louis. He was so perfect, every little aspect about him, made all the little things add up into big things which meant so much to me, and only me, making me love him even more than I already do.

He wasn’t only my perfect husband now, he was the perfect father to our children.

And that is something I will cherish till the day I die.

“Yes. I just won’t drink as much.” I replied, scooting over so Louis could come over with Adalyn and lay with me and Evelyn.

“I don’t want to get sick babe.” Louis said, I tutted and rolled my eyes.

“When you said ‘In sickness and in health’ at the altar I think it counts now.” I smiled sarcastically, lying my head down on his chest with Evelyn on my stomach and Adalyn on Louis’ stomach. Louis had one hand held around Adalyn’s stomach as did I.

We laid there in silence for a little while, hearing the occasional gurgle from the girls. Louis entwined his free hand with mine, before bringing it up to his lips and kissing it, then placing it back under the covers on top of my upper thigh.

“Do you think Lauren and Harry are going to get married?” Louis started conversation.

“I reckon he will propose soon.” I replied calmly.

“I think he should, it’s been what? Nearly a year since he showed us the ring?”

“I know, but then everything that happened with me and the girls and then Lauren thinking he was cheating then her miscarriage and not forgetting the incident where        I pushed him in the pool.” I stated remembering all those times, causing Louis and I both to laugh.
