We were all sitting in a booth eating our ice creams when ever Tyler burst in with Eve and a very worried woman.

‘Tyler calm down I have Edmund right here. He’s been keeping Mia Company so why don’t we give Adeline a brake and take care of Edmund for her today.’ Casper said with a mischievous grin and I knew what Casper wanted he would get.

That’s how I ended up having more people staying for the night in my home than ever before. When Adeline had been given the offer she basically flew out the door shouting thanks over her shoulder leaving an astonished Tyler.  After that incident Eve found more fun in dragging me around dress shops until I finally admitted that I didn’t need a dress for the Ball because I had one already made one and I was keeping it a surprise. She was grumpy the whole way home because I told her she wasn’t going to see it. Eve was excited to hear that I needed her help with a dress for Mia who started to glare at me until I brought up the point of a certain weapon I had at home for her.

When we had finally reached my house we were starving and so I decided to ask them to stay for dinner which didn’t take long to make between me and Eve. During dinner Caspian and had drifted from the others conversations to one about our childhood.

‘Casper do you remember the time you had convinced yourself that you could finally beat me in a fight only to end up tripping over and knocking yourself out,’ I teased him.

‘Hey you promised not to tell anyone that if I promised not to tell anyone about your so called missing tiara. You remember the tiara that you buried in the palace garden beside the willow tree.’ I remembered the tiara now because my mum had bought it especially for a big dinner that we had to go to with the Kings from all over the world. I never really knew why I had to go especially since I wasn’t royalty and neither was my family as far as I knew.

‘So Isadora did you give in and tell him who you were or did Caspian work it out for himself?’ Tyler quizzed forgetting all about Eve who was looking between all of us with a confused look. I shot Tyler a glare and he realised his mistake.  How could two boys completely change a life I’d been living for ten years in a matter of days?

I didn’t notice until after I had turned to face Eve that Mia had left with Edmund. She was so like me it was unreal; I always found a way to escape when ever things seem to be going pear shape well until recently that is.

‘Tyler, you are such an idiot and yes he worked it out for himself but he was waiting for me to tell him. Eve I know you don’t know what’s going on but I promise I’ll tell you everything. I’ve been lying to you, I’m not who you think I am. I’m Lady Isadora...

‘Lady Isadora De Leighton I know, I’ve known for years’ I was so shocked but if she knew why didn’t she say anything and why was she confused then. I must have voiced this because Eve began an explanation.

‘Is I’m not stupid I seen the drawings of you whenever you went missing. They were hard to miss because they were up everywhere. You no I have an expert eye and I recognised you but you were different and I knew you didn’t want to be found. Do you remember the first day we met, I had run away from my mum and got lost when out of know where you pop up and basically drag me back to my mum while telling of for being selfish and disrespectful. You were so different to the girls I called my friends.  You seemed so smart and I wanted to be your friend so much and every time I bumped into you we talked and you actually played with me instead of sitting and just talking. You became my friend and I didn’t want to lose you so I hid the truth.’

‘The only reason I was confused was because I didn’t think those two knew who you really were. You just seem so carefree around Prince Caspian; you act as if he is just a normal person.’

‘Eve, I grew up with Caspian and Tyler so to me they will always be normal people. I used to chase them around the palace grounds. I would spend hours teaching them how to fight not to mention beating them in every fight no matter what the weapon. They are the same boys that helped me hide from our mums whenever they wanted to put me in dresses.’

‘Eve to be honest I even lied to them; they thought that I was dead until recently and if I was honest I would probably have kept it that way.’ I noticed Casper’s face looked upset and so I quickly continued. ‘I’m glad though because now I don’t have to lie to the most important people in my life. You three are like my family and I’m happy that I can have all three of you together.’

‘Hey you forgot about someone.’ Mia yelled as she barged into the room with Edmund in tow.

‘Mia you are not like family, you are family. You’re my little girl who is going to be ever so happy letting eve fix a dress on you. I’ll finish your weapons tonight if you let her start now.’ I watched Mia as she debated it in her head.

‘Only if you start teaching me how to use the weapons tomorrow and you have to teach Edmund to because I need someone to practice with.’

I looked over to Tyler to see if he was prepared to let his little brother use weapons. I noticed Mia and Edmund were both giving him puppy dog eyes. I watch as Tyler slowly caved in and nodded his head which had the two little ones jumping in glee. Everyone was happy and Eve’s eyes were gleaming with excitement.

After we cleaned up after dinner I told the boys to wait in the lounge and I would join them in a minute. I then led Eve and Mia to the room that I kept all my things that I had retrieved from my home when I was younger. I went over to a desk sitting just against the window and lifted the small pink box that contained the dress my mother was making me before she died. It was very nearly finished and since I would never get to wear it I wanted Mia to. When Eve opened the box she smiled and asked me were I got it form.

‘My mother was making it for me and since Mia is very like me I knees she would love it. My mum never got to finish it and I just didn’t need it I never thought to finish it but now it has a purpose and I know you are the perfect person to finish it.’

Eve give me a quick hug and then turned to face Mia who was waiting patiently for her to start. I left Eve to have her fun and made my way down the stair way to do some work with the boys help. I was just hoping they wouldn’t touch anything important while helping though.
