~Lexis P.O.V.~
~April 1st~

Chanelle and Trey spent a couple more days at the hospital. Nelle's doctor finally gave us the okay to go home. I was more than excited that they were finally able to be at home. Everyone except Arlie hasn't seen the baby yet so I already had everyone at the house waiting.

"Nelle, you ready?" I asked as I saw her holding Trey.

"Yeah let's go." She said with a smile as she carefully got up and walked out of her room. I gladly followed her out. She sat in the back with Trey and I obviously sat up front.

"Are you excited to do all this without the help of your nurse?" I asked, looking at her through the rear view mirror.

"I'm kind of nervous but we can do it." She said reassuringly as her index finger was wrapped in Trey's little palm.

"Yeah I feel you on that. Are you going to call your Mom tell her anytime soon?" I found it odd she didn't immediately call her Mom but then again I haven't even told my Mom the news, so I have no room to talk in that aspect.

"Yeah, I'll let her know tonight or tomorrow morning. Are Jay and BV still in town?" I found it cute how her eyes light up when she said their names. Even though BV isn't her blood brother, she loves her brothers a lot.

"Yeah they're here. I think they went out of town for the day." Them two and Vince are almost always doing their own thing. That ain't a problem or anything.

"Oh, they're coming by the house right?"

"You know they will. We got the food and play station." I said with a laugh that had her smile.

I pulled into our drive way and King came running from around the house barking and all excited and shit. I was so happy to have Chanelle and Trey home. It made the family feeling more wholesome.

"I'll get Trey, just go inside and relax for a while." I said as I opened the back door and pulled out a sleepy Trey.

"Aww, Hi King." She said as she gave King kisses. "I missed him so much-Oh my god. Are my horses okay?" She asked with enough worry for the both of us.

"No Chanelle. I killed them, cooked them, and served them to the guys at the trap. Of course they're fine." I said with a laugh.

"Welcome Home!" I heard everyone yell at once and watched as the lights came on.

"Boo!" Riley came running at Nelle and nearly tackled her with a big hug.

"Hey Riley." Nelle said as she hugged her back.

I walked in and everyone was quiet and shifted their eyes towards my face then down to my arms, landing right on Trey.

"Chanelle, he's so cute." Riley cooed as she walked over to me.

~Chanelle P.O.V.~

Everyone gave me a hug then circled around Lexis and Trey. I'm sure Trey was just loving all the attention, all the cooing and holding.

"I'm going to take a quick shower." I said as I walked upstairs. It felt so great to be home with everyone I was so familiar with and not crowded by nurses constantly checking on me every 5 minutes.

I got in the shower and let the hot water crash against my skin. I threw my head back and continued to let the water run across my face and down my hair. I washed my body and hair then got out. I lotioned up and decided to put on a pair of Lexis' shorts, they are really comfortable, and a black tank top. I left my hair curly and headed back downstairs to see Varo holding Trey. It was funny because seeing Varo with a baby of his own would be the last thing we all needed in this family.
