Chapter 27 - You Are Making Me Human

Titan's POV

I've been walking for hours after watching Ash leave. I shouldn't have let him go. But some part of me needed to let him go. If I didn't, it would only have ended badly. He has to much anger and sadness built in him right now that it's like he is a ticking time bomb.

Any second, he is going to blow and shatter into millions of pieces. 

Either way, I have to stop him from doing so. I can not let the love of my life just run. Run from the things that mean the most to him just to seek revenge. Ash is someone who has changed greatly since I met him a few months ago. But the Ash I known has died along with the fake Ash. This Ash is stronger, wiser and thoughtful. But there one thing that never changed and that is loving. Ash will love you no matter if you are a homeless guy on the street or a rat. Ash is just a loving person and that is what I fell in love with.

Well other then his eyes, his lips, his facial features and just everything about him. Ash is someone who I want to spend my life with. Until the death of me.

A wave of sadness and pain shot through my body, stopping me in the middle of the road. But it wasn't mine. It can't be. I mean yeah I am sad as hell and in pain that I let Ash leave me but that is it. This pain isn't mine.

"Ash" I called out. It's his pain and sadness. He must be close. I began running down the highway as fast as I could. I hope he is ok. Please let him be ok. I stopped once again as I seen flashing lights. I turned my head to the side and observed the area.

A SUV was turned over on its side, pieces of the vehicle through out the area. I looked over and spotted another vehicle. A truck. I immediately knew it was Ash. The truck was flipped over on the roof, a few flames underneath. My eyes widen in horror. I rushed over towards the scene and pushed through the police officers calling after me, trying to get me to stop. But I couldn't.

I squated down and looked in the truck but the body wasn't there.

I felt a pair of hands grabbed onto my arm, spinning me around. A police officer stood before me, telling me to step back.

"Where is he?" I asked bitterly.

He looked at the truck and back at me.

"Sir you need to step back and let us handle this." the office spoke.

I shook my head and shouted, "Where the hell is he?!"

"Sir-"

"I said where the hell is my boyfriend?" I asked with so much anger, the veins in my neck popped out. His eyes widen and he gulped.

"He is in the back of the ambulance, sir. But I want to warn you that it's bad." He told me and pointed towards the ambulance. I felt my insides turn once he told me that. I looked over at the ambulance and ran over, spotting Ash. There was blood everywhere coming from his head.

"Ash." I shouted and jumped in the ambulance. The two girls looked at me with so much sadness.

"Who are you?" The blonde asked.

"I'm his boyfriend," I said instantly and sat down, holding his hand. His hand just laid in mine, not moving a single muscle.

"Please tell me he will be ok," I begged the two paramedics, tears filling my eyes. They looked at me and tensed.

"We can't say anything, we are just medics." The other told me. I nodded and looked down at the limp body. His pulse is low, barely moving.

A few minutes later the one medic went up front and drove us to the hospital. I slid my fingers through Ash's bloody hair, kissing his forehead.

I can't lose the love of my life. He means way to much for me. He will always be mine.

I leaned down once more to whisper something that I wanted to say for so long.

"You are making me human,"
