Chapter 31 - Wrong Believer

Ash's POV

"Ash you have to eat this if you wanna see your incredibly hot boyfriend ever again," One of the nurses awed. I gave her a death stare and shook my head.

"If you put that spook near my mouth again I am going to shove it somewhere that you do not want it shoved up," I warned. Her eyes widen and she put the food down. I don't understand why they keep trying to make me eat this nasty crap. It's like baby food because I have to go easy on my throat for a few days.

But on the bright side, I am doing a lot better. Although, I can't stop worrying if Titan is ok or not. I have been trying to get out of here forever but they keep locking me in here like some prisoner. I don't understand what the deal is. I am ok. Well, got a few broken bones but that's nothing. I just want out of here so I can protect Titan. If he walks in there, it's all over.

Game over for all of us.

"Ash, I just want you to eat this so your throat will feel better," The nurse implied.

I still shook my head no and said, "That stuff takes like shit."

She chuckled and shook her head as well.

"Well I don't think medicine like this will taste pleasant but you still got to take it." She informed.

"I ain't gotta take shit." I crossed my arms as best as I could and pouted.

The nurse was about to say something else when there was a knock at the glass door, interrupting her.

A stunning girl with long blonde hair in scrubs and a doctors jacket came walking in.

"Hi, My name is Carly. I am the new doctor in this wing and I wanted to talk with all the patients. Do you mind if I talk to this one?" She asked the nurse and looked over at me.

The nurse nodded and smile before getting up. "We are not done here." She threatened before walking out.

I sighed deeply and said, "Thanks from saving me from this nightmare that I call baby food." She laughed and walked over to me, checking the machine.

"Well Ash, how do you like your stay so far? Is everyone treating you ok?"

I nodded and said, "I just don't like that shit right there." The doctor looked where I was pointing at and laughed.

"Ash, that is medicine. You have to take it." The doctor sighed.

"I don't think I do." I added back.

She rolled her eyes and grabbed a needle from her pocket, shoving it into the IV.

"What's that?" I asked her confusedly.

She looked over at me and smiled. My vision began to blur.

"You should have died." She smiled before everything went black.

Titan's POV

I can't seem to get the fact out of my head that Carly is not who she says she is. They did something to her... What if she's going to kill Ash? She wouldn't do that would she?

I sighed deeply and punched the wall in frustration.

I need to go save Ash. I can't risk anything. I have to protect him.

I turned around, walking out of my room and to the elevator. As I pushed the button the door opened to reveal who I never wanted to see.

"Titan" He spoke, venom laced with his voice.

"President."
