ZOYA ANWAR - POINT OF VIEW:
Aahil bhai I just hate you, agar mujhe pata hota that you will do this to me, I would never have agreed for taking your advice. Ek toh is ladke par mujhe bilkul bhi yaqeen nahi hai, pata nahi iske bhooti ke ander jo brain hai us mein kya chal raha hoga, wait ... oh sorry iske paas toh brain bhi nahi hota hoga. A smile curved on my lips, thinking about how crazy thought I have.
I was sitting next to him in his car, yeah same car as mine 2015 BMW M 4, in black. What a coincidence.
I opened the window of the car, letting the cold air fan on my face. This beautiful feeling is how to make me feel better, making me forget all my surroundings. I just love it.
"How do you, how to open this window?, I mean all my friend never knew it and you?" he asked with raised eyebrows asking out of nowhere .
" Why wouldn't I kn ... I mean I am not like your friends ke mujhe itna bhi nahi pata hoga how to open a window" I covered up, hum itni jaldi to nahi batane wale ke hum kaun hai. Thori der ameer baap ka ameer beta rehne doon ishe, I mean bikhra hua beta. Ek chance toh banta hai bache ka.
"Well it's the newest model iss liye bocha" he said and then stopped the car in front of the clinic. I got out of the car walking in the direction of the clinic.
"Thank you Allah ke yeh andar nahi a raha hai" I said under my breath.
I waited in the waiting area for the nurse to come, and after what felt like a whole hour she came in and said "Zoya Anwar" I stood up and walked in her direction.
I followed her into a room. She looked at my scar and then took out an injection and tools for stitching. "Nahi ab to main baka kai gam se, ek to injections kafi nahi thé ke stitching bhi, urgh bahut bad day hai humara aaj" I thought.
"I have to inject your hand and then, I will stitch up your scar" she explained and I nodded simply. Kabhi kabhi na khamosi bahut kuch keh deti hai, lekin ye to kuch samaj hi nahi rahi hai.
I shut my eyes as she stick the injection in. Trying not to let her know that it hurts. "Ajeeb hai itna dard ho nahi raha ab mujhe, itna dard sehne ke baad ab toh aisa lagta hai ke dard humare ander hai lekin humse khafa hai isliye baher se diktha nahi".
"Well young brave lady we are done" the nurse spoke and I came out of my thought.
"Your scar was very deep so you got four stitches and then bandaged up and yeah keep your hand away from water!" she explained and I nodded, not in a mood to talk. She described some pain relieving medicine. I stood up taking a deep breath and letting it out, I went out.
I walked out to the parking area where I left him. I looked around and found his car. I walked over to see the car empty. Ab ye kaha chala gaya.
I waited and waited but no sign of him. Hum panch minute aur intezaar karenge aur phir khud hi chale jayenge.
The five minutes past but still no sign and then I turned to leave but halted in my track seeing him running towards me. So he finally remembered that he was supposed to drive me home.
"I am really very sorry, woh actually I was very hungry so I just went to MC to get something to eat for us" he spoke viewing me the food in his hands.
"Let's go" I said.
"Let's eat first" he asked.
"Give me your car keys" I said and he furrowed asking "why?".
"I am not hungry you eat I will drive!" I explained and he shook his head asking "you know how to drive?".
"Yeah why not, everyone can drive then what's the problem" I asked and he explained "this car is not a car as the others it's a automatic car and there is big differences in that". Thora thora karke shock toh main doongi isse.
I took the advantage of him having food and drinks in his hands with the key. I snapped the key from him sitting in the driver seat "oye please don't mujhe apni car ka nuksha nahi karwana. "Chup karke bath jao mujhe late ho raha hai" I ordered.
He was still in trance of shock like main sach mein accident kar doon.
"But tumhara hand, tumhe choot lagi hai" he tried but no avail. Kuch logo ke samne ziddi hona bartha hai aur uper se isse bhook bhi lagi thi.
I pressed the engine botton and drove the car out of the parking to the road. I could feel his shocked gaze upon me, this was making me uncomfortable. I broke the silence "tumhe bhook lag rahi thi tum kao na main drive kar loon gi bina koi accident, aur wase bhi tumhara khana thanda ho raha hai". He nodded and began eating.
Ye jab chub chap baat manta hai, then it feels good koi shikayat nahi hoti phir. I think maine isse kuch zyaada hi bura bhala keh diya. Ek sorry toh banta hai usko. He offered me help lekin maine hi nahi li. Aur wase bhi humare maula hum jaante hai ke humara deen kehta hai ke hum kisi se 3 din se zyada naraz nahi reh sakte. Agar 3 din se zyaada ghalat hai toh abhi maafi mang ke baat khatam kar deti hoon.
Maafi mang loongi lekin iss ka matlab yeh nahi ke main tumhe mera ghar, address and etc. bata doon gi, nope not at any cost. Kuch derr tum university main "rich and know businessman ke bete bane raho".
I cleared my throat and parked the car one kilometer away from my house. I got out of the car taking my bag and he did the same.
I cleared my throat again and spoke "thank you very much for dropping me" good Zoya carry on sorry bol to.
"My pleasure, but I don't think that it was me who dropped you, you dropped yourself. By the way I am glad to see your driving skills and knowledge about cars" he said and I smiled.
"Uu umm I wanted to say something, may I?" I asked.
"Agar phir se say something keh kar insult karna hai toh phir please don't say anything" he said and I tried not to laugh.
"Well I ... I didn't did it on purpose. I mean morning ka encounter aur uper se Mr. Brandon ne bhi attack kia tumhare classroom mein enter karne se pehle, iss liye thora overreact ho gaya. And now I just wanted to apologize. I realized that ke meri bhi ghalti thi. Aur wase bhi maafi mangne se insaan chota nahi ho jata balke dil bara ho jata hai. So I am sorry for every each thing like actions and words I used on you ... and your friend, I mean woh kuch zyaada hi ... you know" I explained and lowered my gaze to the floor.
"Wow I wasn't expecting that from you, but nice to hear that you realized your mistake" he said while giving me a smile and I returned the gesture.
"I have to leave now and thanks a lot again for the drive" I said and turned, but halted when he asked "wait tumhara ghar kaha hai?".
Ohh my good Zoya ab ek aur jhoot.
I raised my hand and pointed out to an unknown quite normal house.
"Ohh okay I think I will take your leave now" he said, and then sat in his car and drove off.
Thank you mere maula aaj toh bach gaye. Zoya jaldi ab ghar chalo dad most come home soon and I still have to make food for him.
I walked to the direction of my home, and reached in a quite good time.
