CHAPTER XVI

Huminga ako ng malalim after umalis nila Ryan sa harap ko. God. Pano ba ko makakasurvive sa gabing to? Napatingin ako kay Theo…Nakangiti lang siya sakin.

Oh, ano na naman kayang problema ng taong to? I raised my brow at him to show my confusion and then he smiled even wider.

“What?” I asked him.

“We’re pretty awesome?” He told me. I rolled my eyes.

Right. Just what I needed (Insert sarcastic sign here please.) I just looked at him and tried to think, but then I can’t even think of something with him smiling at me like that!

“We’re pretty awesome together…right?” He told me again. I blinked rapidly because I’m just too surprised of what he said.

I mean. Yes, he just repeated what he said earlier but adding a single word changed everything.

Together.

It messed up with my mind badly and I just can’t think of anything..at all. He’s stil wearing his smile and goddamn it! I just can’t….

“Will you stop that?!” I yelled at him. My feelings are….I ..I just can’t control them! And I hate it.

His eyes widened. “What? What did I do? I was just asking you a question.” He said trying to sound innocent.

I calmed instantly. Whoa. Talk about mood swings. “T-that..I mean. Oh forget it!” I said to him and I shifted my gaze to the crowd. I can still feel his stare. “What are you staring at?” I asked, still not looking at him.

“Kapag sinabi mo ulit sa ibang tao na we’re dating, you’ll have to date me for real.” He said to me.

I instantly looked at him to decipher his mood but he’s just looking at me sincerely. What is with this guy?

“What’s wrong with you?” I asked him.

“Nothing, it’s just that I’m helping you and it isn’t doing me any good.” He answered.

“Oh in your dreams. No. Not gonna happen, Theo.” I replied to him.

“It’s not a question. I’m just telling you para naman alam mo.” Then he smiled at me.

“What? At kelan mo pa ko pwedeng utusan?!” I replied in protest. Kapal din ng pagmumukha ng taong to!

“Since you signed this.” He said then he shoved a paper in my face, I held it in my hand. It is our agreement.

Damn it. I should stop signing stupid documents. Urgh.

“Fine! And wag kang mag alala, hinding hindi ko na sasabihin na nagdaddate tayo sa kung kanino man!” I I said  then I walked away from him.

Leche. Nakakainis naman yung lalaking yun e. Why does he want to date me so bad!

Ryan dumped me, it means I’m terrible at it. I mean, he’s popular anyway so he could date anyone he wanted, but why me?

Is there something wrong in his mind?! Why would he want to date someone like me when he could call or choose over his followers?! I mean seriously, is he just messing with me? GEEEZ.

“Hey Ava, wait!” Sabi ni Theo habang hinahabol ako. Mejo mahaba din buhok ko e, mejo pahabol din. Joke.

“Ano bang problema mo? Will you stop following me?” I said then binilisan ko lalo yun lakad ko but then he swiftly grabbed my arm and then I was forced to turn and face him.
