Chapter: Nursing Process (ADPIE)

Nikka POV

In nursing, before you come up with the Diagnosis, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation you need first to assess the patient. Hehe, why did I know this stuff? Both my parents are in medical field. :)

Okay, Assessment Process, I need to gather some data about my patients. I need to ask her about her Demographic Profile. Sisiw lang sa akin ito. Sana aki-cooperate sya sa akin ^^

I look around baka nandito kasi si Sungit (pertaining to Lawrence), ng wala akong Makitang anino nya. Hehe. Lumapit na ako kay Ate Nicole. Sabi kasi sa akin ng sources ko maaga daw pumasok si Ate Nics.

Me: hello ate Nicole!! Still remember me?

She just smiles at me. hai… waley ba sya sa mood makipag-usap sa akin? (‘3)

Me: ahm, ate?

She just looks at me, but as quite as before. Mukhang mahihirapan ako makipag-usap sa kanya. Mahiyain ba sya? Or baka naman hindi sya nakapag-toothbrush ^_^v

Me: dib a friends na tayo?

I saw at her na may pag-aalinlangan sya, ayaw ba nya akong maging kaibigan? I’m not a brat!! Mukha lang. Pero, If you had a chance to be friends on me, I’m good :)

Me: Pasensya na kung makulit ako, pero I just want you to be my friends, wala pa kasi akong nagiging friends dito. Okay lang naman na ikaw ang maging first friend ko right? Ahm.. can I ask you something??

I look at her seriously, and I can see that she is scared. Wae? I will not hurt her?

Me: hey Ate Nic... Don’t worry I will do nothing to you. Don’t be scared on me. I—I will never h—

I was trying to reach on her when she runs fast. I followed her. She looks really scared. And the last thing I saw is she’s lying on the floor. What happened? And I saw a guy on the side. OMG!! It was Kuya Rence. Patay!!

Lawrence POV

I wake up early. I really need to finish my mission. Baka maunahan pa ako ni Nikka. I decided to talk to Nicole personally meet her.  I was on my way to my classroom when I saw Nicole. She’s running fast? I look at her eyes she’s scared? Tumingin ako kung sino ang humahabol sa kanya. It was Nikka? What did Nikka done? And the last thing I saw Nicole is lying on the floor.

Me: what did you d—

I didn’t have a chance to finish what I should tell to Nikka, when Nicole hugs me. I feel that she’s really scared? Scared of what? Her body is still shaking. I hug her when she cried. I look at Nikka; she’s trying not to laugh.

Me: Don’t c-cry…

And she was calm, when I look at her. She’s sleeping. Hmp!! Pagkatapos basain yun damit ko tinulugan naman ako? Aba, ang swerte nya ha. I look at Nikka again.

Me: what did you do to her?

Nikka: Nothing, I just ask her if I can be her friend. And then she run… weird?

Me: I need to take her to Infirmary. And you!! Attend on your class…

Nikka: Whatever!!

I carry her to the infirmary. The nurse asks me what happened. I was about to leave her when she holds my hands...

*LUB DUB*

What are you doing to me Nicole West? Why are you making me fell this way? Why my heart beats like this? Why? Tell me!!

“I want her to be back… I want to see the true Hyacinth Nicole West…”

I remember that old man told me, what does he mean by that? Ano ka ba dati Nicole? I don’t know why that old man means? I really don’t know something on you. I sat beside on her bed, I closed my eyes and the last thing I saw is her Innocent face :)

yun Nursing Process po pala is yun method na ginagamit ng mga Nurse un hospital, para to provide and to plan para mas mapadali yun paggaling ng patient sa anuman karamdaman nya. sobrang useful talaga nyan :)
