She had rest when they arrived. She slept well enough despite the cold weather, which she hates. But maybe because she's exhausted from the long travel and media circus she experienced, so she dozed off right away. One of the other is also occupied by Slaven when he is within the vicinity. Kaya nasa isang lugar sila ngayon. She don't know why but the idea of having Slaven just next door is making her uneasy.
Hindi naman talaga doon nakatira ang binata but, for most of the time, during her stay baka doon madalas mamalagi ang singer. Malayo kasi ang bahay nito, it's somewhere secluded near the mountains yata para malayo sa mga fans at press. Somewhere he finds peace.
She have been fine. Just missing her family but they've called her twice each day through skype and fb messenger.
Her injured foot's doing fine.
Medyo hectic nga lang schedule lalo't may sinusunod silang time frame. The next day right after they arrived, they went to the Philippine embassy in Korea to sign some papers for her stay in the foreign country. After which, she had the contract signing with the EL Ent. Management, Slaven, Shinye and others for the duration of 'Come back to me' promotions.
Nabasa niya sa kontrata. '. . . . . Contract is legal and binding until the whole duration of the contest and single promotions. This would also serve as an agreement with Ms. Ella Orravan that she will be called up on if needed though indefinitely and without much notice whenever she's needed.' And there's also a possibility that if it would hit big, she'd also be doing a music video with Slaven.
Everything happened so fast she didn't have the time to let it sink to her system, or even believe it's already happening.
The next day, her basic Korean Language tutorial started. . .
"Okay, read this."
"Annyong haseyo! Jonun Ellaiereyo. Irumi mwoyeyo?" She read as best as she could knowing mali rin ang pagkakabigkas niya.
"It's An-nyông ha-se-yo! Jô is said with a stress on it and so is nûn. I-rûm-i mwô with a stress as in wall and is prolonged for emphasis, ye-yo." Pagtatama ng instructor niyang si Min. "Say it again."
Inulit naman niya base sa naintindihan niya.
"Better. But it's I-rûm-i , not irumi okay?" "Let's review if you remember our lesson yesterday. How do you say, 'How do you do?' in Korea?"
"Ah. . An-nyông ha-se-yo?" She guessed. 'Yon naman ang common greeting doon.
"That's the informal greeting. What about the formal one?"
"Uhm. . .wait."
"No peeking." Agad nitong iniiwas ang libro sa kanya. Ang lalaking ito talaga. "Come on."
"Chom po kessoyo?" Panghuhula nalang niya.
"Not quite, but near enough. It's Chô-ûm poep-ke-ssô-yo.." He grimaced. Min Ho's nice. He is just serious with her lessons.
"Say 'I love you' in Korean with accent."
"Sa-rang-hae." with feelings niyang pagkakasabi.
