Bree's P.O.V

I stared back and forth between the red dress and the jeans and blue jersey. Did I really have to wear red for Ian? I mean what was it really worth anyway? A cute smile or a decent conversation? Did I really need to wear this to please him? The answer was no. Did I want to? Hell no! My hand twitched towards the Jersey when my bedroom door flew open. I took one look in his direction  and scowled.

"Get out Riley!"

He completely ignored me and plopped down on the bed.

"So I'm here and you're here. Maybe we should make out," he offered.

I dropped my towel revealing my black lace bra and panties and I picked up the red dress. His hot gaze scoured my body as I took my time zipping up my dress. I threw on a black jacket and then bent down to tie my laces. His arms were on me in an instant.

"You're such a tease Bree," his hoarse voice sounded next to my ear.

"I know,"I responded cheerfully turning to face him. He closed his eyes and leaned in. "But I'm not on the market," I whispered against his lips before slipping out of his arms. "Don't wait up," I called before I left the room.

Reece and Lexi were super impatient when we got I downstairs. They were all chattering excitedly about seeing Ian play. How he had won them over I will never know. I shook my head as Reece rushed me to get in the car. He and Lexi literally pulled me along anxiously and I was surprised to see Brad and Marquez waiting for us.

"You two are going?" I asked in astonishment.

"Can't we?" Marc asked.

"Of course! I just didn't know you were football fans is all," I explained.

"We just wanted to see Ian play," Brad announced.

"Yea!" Lexi added. "Besides, we all promised him we'd come to his first game."

Uh-huh... When was this?

I didn't bother to voice the thought as we hoped in and made our way to the stadium. It was about thirty minutes away and when we finally made it, it was almost impossible to find a park. I sent the others along while I searched desperately for one. Luckily when I got into the stadium the teams were now coming out of the locker. I shook at Ian and he did a double take when  he saw me. I gave a small twirl and stuck my tongue out at him before taking my seat.

Everyone was wearing blue and I got a lot of strange looks. The girl behind me even asked her boyfriend if I wasn't in the wrong stand or at the wrong game. I didn't bother to correct her, honestly I would sooner die than give the explanation.

My boyfriend's favourite colour is red.

Yup... I'd cut my tongue out before I said it.

Then why did you even were it?

I ignored that inner voice and focused on the game. Our team was playing the team that beat them in last year semifinals. They were a tough bunch and I was sure that this match would determine this season's outcome. Nevertheless by the end of the first half we were leading though the scores were close.

"Here," Marques said handing me a bottle of juice.

"Thanks," I smiled thankful for the cool liquid.

My throat was super dry from cheering and I took a few much deserved gulps.

"Bree!" Lexi squealed causing me to spill a little on myself. "Oh my gosh Bree, I'm so sorry!" she waled.
