Bree's P.O.V
"It was just a panic attack," Ed said as he put his equipment back in his bag. "I think she should rest and please try not to give her anymore shocking news," he finished glaring at the others.
They looked away nervously.
"Do you want us to leave?" Amber asked sadly.
"Yeah! We didn't really mean to give you a panic attack," Jessica sniffled.
"I was really scared ya know! When you fainted like that," Emma cried hugging me tightly.
"It's fine!" I laughed hugging her back. "I really want you guys to stay. It'll make me feel better with you guys here. I'd only worry more if I'm all by myself."
I threw the last part in quickly because I could already see the look of disapproval on my mother's face. She was definitely going to be watching me like a hawk for the next couple of hours.
"I think that't a good idea!" Ed chimed.
He and my mother left me and the girls alone. I sighed and slid off of the bed.
"Hey!" Emma scolded. "You shouldn't get out of bed just yet."
"I'm fine," I flicked her off.
She gave me a dirt look as I crept over to the door. I peeked out the door to make sure my mom was gone. The corridor was empty so I closed the door and locked it.
"Okay guys listen up," I whispered. "I need your help."
"Help?" Amber said skeptically.
"Yes help," I snapped.
"Why do I feel like you're going to ask us to do something outrageous?" Jessica sighed.
"Shut it you two," Emma growled. She glared at them and then returned her kind gaze to me. She stoked my hand lovingly and smiled. "Anything you need love. You may not be able to count on those two crybabies but you can count on me."
Tears well up in my eyes at the girl who I now considered a friend. She had been better to me in these past few months than my old bestfriend had been to me in a lifetime and it meant a whole lot. Jessica and Amber didn't know how lucky they were to have her or maybe they did?
"You know Em's," I smile through my tears. "I'm really glad I met you and I'm so sorry that I was the cause of your unhappiness."
"Cut that out," she smiled patting my arm. "Jayden was a jerk. If anything you save me a lot of heartache. It's good that I found out that he was such a creep before I could fall anymore in love with him. I'm over it now. I see him for what he really is...a Grade A jerk."
I sighed and hugged her. Damn she was so amazing. How could Jayhole let go of such a gem? He was a total loser.
"Anyway," she blushed pulling back. "I got you instead, seems like a win win trade off to me."
We grinned at each other and the others rolled their eyes.
"I'm all for mushy girl on girl action and all," Jessica scoffed.
She was just too jealous sometimes.
"What? Does Jessibear want a hug too," I cooed opening my arms to her.
She blushed and shook her head.
"Ewww no!" she giggled. "I don't want to get contaminated with your love germ. I'm not ready to be a part of the obsessed with Bree fanclub."
"You sure?" I wagged my eyebrows
"Yes," she laughed throwing a pillow at me. "I was just going to ask what was it that you needed help with."
