Sunburn

Sunburn: Part 1

Its the summer of twenty sixteen... and I'm inside... Alone... My name is Jason Baxter, I was born with a defection which made me not be able to stand the sun. The UV rays from the sun pierce my skin, and slowly make me exhausted. In some serious cases, I've almost died... So now that I am sixteen, I mostly try to avoid the sun. People call me a gamer, no friends, boring, anti-social. But who cares, I'd rather be called names then not be living.

I sometimes make friends, but because summer roles round, and I refuse to go outside to hang out with them, means they go off to hang out with other people. leaving me, in my room, with nothing to do but build my music and film repute.

I can go out some days, but that's only if it is cloudy, for some reason it has to be direct contact with the sun to have any damage on my immune system. I go to school on cloudy days, and stay inside if the sun comes out. The teachers know about my problem, but it's best if it's left a secret for the students. Because I can't make it to school every day, I try to keep up with my study at home... Just because I'm at home doesn't mean I can just sit around and do nothing.

But at the moment, I am spending my summer watching the Rocky film series over and over again... I could be outside at the beach or... Wait... no I cant. Because I may die. So as the days of summer holidays drive by, I just sit and watch films...

Summer holiday is over, and I have had no one come to visit me, and I can say i have learnt the Rocky films quite well... I am genuinely glad that the holiday is over, now that summer is drawing to an end, there may be less sunny days. Allowing me to go and socialize. Or at least socialize as much as i can before everyone remembers I'm the guy with no friends...
Bring on another year of fun! (That was sarcasm.)
