Sunburn: Part 7

Wow Jason... You should really come back to reality... Like... Now... Stop being unconscious and wake up...

I slowly open my eyes to see the sun is covered by clouds, I am safe to wander the school again.

I rub my eyes and slowly sit up. I didn't know how long I was unconscious for, so i pulled my smartphone out and checked the time...

11:13am...

I was thirteen minutes late...

I stood up and started walking towards the classroom block's door. When I entered the classroom block and was walking down the corridor, all I could think of was the corridor from my dream... It was the exact same one, I was walking down the same corridor that was in my dream.

As I got to the door of the biology class, my heart started beating faster, my breathing got faster... I knew when i opened the door, that beautiful girl would walk past me and into the classroom...

I gripped the door handle... And turned the door...

I was standing at the door... And what and idiot I looked...

"Jason? What are you doing?" The biology teacher asked.

"Um... Nothing Sir..." I said with embarrassment... I looked round the corridor to see if the girl was near before I went and sat at the seat in the back of the classroom.

"Jason? Any reason why you are late?" The teacher asked.

"Oh, I just fainted a while back." I stated.

"Alright, welcome."

I simply smiled at him as he continued with his lesson. Placing my paper and pen on my desk, I still couldn't get my mind off that girl... The one from my dream... And she WAS at this school... I saw her before i passed out.

Suddenly a small breeze of wind blew my paper off my desk and onto the floor next to the desk beside me.

The person in the desk leant down and picked up two pieces, as I picked up the other two.

"Thanks." I simply said in a monotone cliché teenage boy tone, while i was picking up my paper.

As the person handed me the paper, thats when I saw her...

Handing me the paper...

Smile so warm...

Eyes so beautiful...

Hair so long...

It was her...

"Are you going to take your work, or am i going to keep it?" She said as I was lost daydreaming into her green eyes.

"Hello? Earth to Jason?" She said.

"Oh..." I came back to reality, "Thanks... Yeah... Thanks..." I said extremely nervously... She was even more beautiful in person... I sat back at my desk and faced my work... Too nervous to look back at her.

"Sir? May I close the window, it's going to blow Jason's work all over the place otherwise." She stood up and asked.

The teacher turned away from the whiteboard and looked at the window.
"Well... Alright then Amelia." He said before returning to his lesson.

Amelia... I had known a girl with that name before, she was not very kind. And so, I did not like that name either. But because the girl had that name, I quickly warmed up to it.

Amelia walked past my desk and reached up for the window, her long red hair elegantly flowing in the breeze. She closed the window then walked back around past my desk before sitting back down in her own desk.

I looked at her sit down, she was exactly the same girl from my dream...

And the smile she gave me proved me right...

I have never seen anyone as beautiful as her...
