Chapter 16

"I asked who you are." Jimin said after the silence everyone created.

"You... Don't remember?" Yoongi asked Jimin.

Jimin shook his head, "No..."

"Um, Mr. Park... We are going to have to run some tests on you now." The doctor spoke up.

"Tests? For what?" Yoongi got wary.

"Well, there was no brain damage or anything but his amnesia could be from something else, we are just going to see what it is. I didn't even know he had it." The doctor told him.

Yoongi then rolled his eyes, catching onto Jimin's possible lie. "Why the hell are you lying, Jimin?"

"Lying about what? I seriously don't know who you are." Jimin told him.

"Come on, let's go." The doctor said to Jimin.

"I said I don't need this, don't force me!" Jimin shouted at them.

"Yes you do." Yoongi then spoke up. He wanted to help Jimin, but if he really has amnesia... He won't be able to...

Jimin stopped fighting against them and decided to follow them to the room. Yoongi stayed at the receptionist desk, waiting for results. It made the receptionist uncomfortable but oh well.

Finally, an hour or so later, the doctor came back.

"There really isn't any brain damage... And he seems to remember everything besides you..." The doctor told him.

"How's that possible? I'm a major part of his life." Yoongi questioned.

"That's the problem. He remembers bits and pieces of you, but before you guys became close... This shouldn't last forever, but for now, we are going to have to ask you to stay away from him. For his sake."

Yoongi knew what the doctor meant. It'd be bad to get close to him and scare him... But Yoongi just had to, "uh, let me at least say goodbye." He had to find out the truth.

The doctor led him to Jimin's room where now he was hooked up to an IV.

Yoongi shooed the doctor away and then looked at Jimin once they were alone.

"So you really don't remember?"

"I remember you're my roommate and that I have a girlfriend, that's all." Jimin suddenly said.

Jimin's ex girlfriend... Yoongi knew who he was talking about, but they broke up a long time ago because Jimin... Well... Didn't like her.

"I... Am you're roommate... But also something else." Yoongi stepped closer to him and leaned close to his face, lips almost touching.

Yoongi could see the blush on Jimin's face which made him happy, so he didn't hesitate to kiss Jimin on the lips.

After a second or so, Jimin pulled back and slapped Yoongi. "What the fuck are you doing?? Stay away from me you perv!" Jimin yelled.

Yoongi put a hand to his cheek where a red mark was. Tears rolling down his cheeks. That was when he had realized... Jimin had really lost his memories of Yoongi.

Right then, the doctor came in, "See, that's what I was talking about." He pointed at a camera showing Yoongi that he was watching the whole time.
Stalker... Yoongi thought.

"Anyway, that's why you have to stay away from him. Even once he leaves rehab." The doctor continued.

Yoongi nodded, finally completely understanding. It was for his only love's sake, so he had to...

He quietly and slowly walked out of the room, saying goodbye to Jimin.

Those thoughts kept racing through Jimin's mind as Yoongi was in the room with him.
I'm sorry I won't ever see you again. I'll miss you...
That thought went trough Jimin's mind as Yoongi left.

That was the last time Yoongi saw Jimin for a while...

When Yoongi got back to the dorm, Dae and Cho started to come into his thoughts. He never did tell Jimin the full truth about Cho and Dae...

He quickly told the others the problem and they all came to the dorm to comfort Yoongi.

Well they planned to, but he was passed out on the couch with a beer bottle next to him.

"This is bad..." Namjoon said at the sight.

"Great, now another one is depressed." Jungkook said in sarcasm.

Three months later, Yoongi went to Jimin's rehab to go check on him. When he got there, he asked the receptionist.

"Jimin left a week ago to live in his home town, Busan... He said he still doesn't have memories of you, I'm sorry. The doctor will probably want you to still stay away." The receptionist gave the news.

Yoongi slammed his fist on the desk, showing his fangs and red eyes, which he shouldn't do in public, "I. Hate. You. All." Right after, he stormed out and went back to his dorm.

It's been a year... A whole year since that incident and Yoongi still hadn't seen Jimin.

Also, Yoongi stopped taking care of Cho and Dae. Mainly because, he had become an alcoholic.

The other 5 would try to help him, but he's shoo them off and stuff.

Usually, Yoongi would try to date to get over a love one, but this time... He didn't want to get over Jimin, he loved him too much.

One morning, the morning Yoongi would be going to Busan for a school field trip, he walked to the mirror and looked at himself.

"Look at me... A drunken who doesn't give a fuck anymore... Jimin... Wouldn't want this..." He'd say that to himself every morning, hoping his stupid habit would stop.

"But this is Jimin's fault... He shouldn't have left me when he knew I needed him." He'd then say after, having negative thoughts.

Yoongi got ready and got on the bus.

Once everyone had arrived at the museum in Busan, Yoongi paired up with Namjoon. The Jinkook and Taehope couple were together.

Yoongi saw some things he wanted to take photos of in the museum.

When he bought his phone up to take the photo, someone was in the background...

Jimin.
