Blinded Love

6. Dinner

As Kaname led Zero to the dining hall he felt hot. Their arms were interlocked together. Kaname's touch felt strange but nice.
'What am I thinking?! Don't get any ideas, just focus on getting through the night.' Zero thought.

"Zero are you alright? Your face is red?" Zero heard Kaname ask him.
"No, I'm fine." he said a little bit too fast.
"Are you sure? If you want I can take you outside to get some air."
"I'm ok. Really."

Zero didn't hear an another word from Kaname for the rest of the way to the dining hall. Hopefully he won't make a fool of himself. He could feel himself getting hotter and hotter. 'Why can't this night go any faster!?' he thought.

"Here we are Zero. You are going to sit right next to me."
"O-ok."
'Great just what I needed.'

Then he heard a loud voice.

"Students! Welcome to this new year! I want you all to eat to fill your hearts desire. So please enjoy this feast!"

Zero heard cheers and laughter, as everyone ate. He didn't know what to do. Was it a buffet or served or what? He then heard a whisper from his left.

"Zero do you need any help? If you way you can tell me what you want and I can get it for you."
"Yes please."

As Kaname was serving Zero dinner he felt eyes on him. Of course he couldn't see them but he could feel them looking into his soul.

"Here you are. Enjoy." Said Kaname.
"T-thank you" Zero replied.

While eating he could here the people around his table laughing and joking. He heard two girls and four boys. 'These were probably Kaname's friends.' When he was almost done with with his plate he felt something graze his knee. He jumped. Zero could feel the entire tables eyes on him.

'S-sorry."

As the table was going back to it's previous chatter he then again felt his knee being touched by a warm hand. Without jumping he reached for it, but the hand left his knee. 'That touch felt warm.' Zero thought.

"Zero are you done?" It was Kaname whispering in his ear.
"Yes."
"Could I please speak to you outside?"

Zero paused for a moment. He could feel his face becoming red. Before he could think he answered.

"Yes. Lead the way please."

Hey guys Valentino here! I am so sorry that I haven't been updating. A lot of things have been going on and I keep putting this off to the side. Hopefully I will have a better chapter this coming Friday. Thank you for your patience.
