I couldn't believe this
All this time, i knew the Shadow from the beginning.
It was Scarlett Ruewen, my old friend from Xavier's Academy for Gifted Youngsters
I met her there before i left. She was one of the longest students there. I met her there and she was my best friend.
Now, she looked different. I mean, in a way she looked the same and different. Her red hair was still dark and long, her blue eyes were still distracting. I know she was pretty before, but now? She was . . . beautiful
"What?" Scarlett demanded "Why are you looking at me like that?"
I shook my head "N-n-nothing."
"Your turn." She told me "I told you my identity, now you tell me yours."
I was a bit shaken, but i managed to speak
"My name is Piettro." I told her "Piettro Maximoff."
Scarlett frowned "Why do you look familiar?"
"Because we were friends." I said "Back at Xavier's. Don't you remember? We used to be best friends back then. Back then, i went as Peter."
She studied my face and then she smiled "Oh my god. Peter? That's really you?"
I nodded "Yeah."
"Where have you been all these years?" She asked me
"Well," i rubbed the back of my neck "Its kinda hard to explain-"
Then, Lynn burst through the door
"Lynn?" We both asked in unison as we stood up
Then we both frowned at each others direction
"How do you know Lynn?" I asked her
"Me?" She asked "How do you know Lynn?"
"Guys," Lynn said "we can talk and explain later, but there's something more important. Very more important."
"What?" I asked
"Its Loki." She said "He broke out of Asgard."
