Nixie was extremely jealous an furious at the news. Laila had started dating Elvey. Nyx was jealous because she had loved Elvey first and it wasn't fair, but she was furious for a different reason. She saw the way her brother looked at Laila and knew that he was in love with her. Her heart aches for her brother and herself. There was a knock at her bedroom door and she shut her diary. "Nyx...?" a familiar voice croaked. She looked up at her brother and replied.
"Hmmmm?" She couldn't stand to look at him. His eyes were red from crying and his hair was a mess, mirroring her exact appearance. "How did everything get so messed up?" he asked and slumped down on the bed next to his sister. She leaned into his chest and began sobbing quietly. Nixie pulled out a knife and stabbed Damien in the back and intentionally his left lung. He had no time to react and by the time he did he was already turned into sparkles and dust.
Later, about three weeks, after Damien's funeral and everything Laila and Nixie became Sister Wives and were married to Elvey.
