You staggered around the busy place. Geez. The city was as busy as you remembered it being. You felt deep inside you though that you had lost something. You pushed your way through the opposing crowd. You felt determined to get to the end.
----------------------------------------------
You awoke from a tap on the shoulder. Looking up,you saw Dipper gesturing you upstairs. You got your tired body off the couch, slumping over to the stairs."What time is it?"You whispered to him.
"It's 9:03pm."He replied back.
You came to a stop, when reaching the top of the stairs.Dipper turned to look at you,his face looking determined.
"I need to know if you've seen or been visited by Bill again."He asked hesitantly.
You paused, looking down and fiddling your thumbs.
"(y/n),there's no point in lying. You and I both know that there's no way you drew a perfect eyeball on your neck." He added.
Taking a deep breath in,you nodded. "Yes,I did meet him again."
"When?"
"As soon as you two left."
He brought his hand across his forehead, starting to pace the room."Of course. How could I be so foolish?"He mumbled to himself.Stopping,he sighed, before grabbing ahold of your shoulders gently.
"I'm...sorry.I thought keeping you here would help prevent him but I didn't realize-"He stopped,embracing you into a hug."Im sorry,(y/n)."
Shocked, you did as your instinct told you,to hug back."It's not your fault.Im the only one to blame."You responded.
Guilt started to tear you apart, regretting the things that you've given up or have done thus far.All to hurt the ones you kept close.Tears filled your eyes like they did days ago,as you held onto Dipper tighter.
"I'm sorry!"You cried,as he rubbed your back for reassurance.
"Hey,it's alright. We all have our bad times, but we need them in order to get to the good ones."He spoke in a soothing tone.
"Heh.You even say the smartest things at the worst of times."You laughed through your tears.
"Well,I'm about to get a whole lot worse."He joked, letting go of your embrace.
"I think you should go home."
Shocked, your crying stopped,as you starred at Dipper fearfully."Dipper... You can't be serious?"You spoke softly.
"I know,I didn't want it to come to that either but if Bill keeps visiting you then sooner or later, the others will find out and who knows what trouble you'll be in!"He explained."I'm sorry but...you're going to have to leave. For your own safety."Dipper added.
You wiped away your tears, nodding your head."I understand. When should I leave?"
"As soon as possible."
You walked over to your backpack, taking out your flip phone."I'll...go call my mother."You replied, heading off to the bathroom.
----------------------------------------------
The phone rang. And rang. And rang. Until it picked up."Hello?(y/n)?"You heard a masculine voice answer.
"Dad?"
"Oh,hey sweetie.You're mother's asleep so I thought I'd pick up."
You wiped away a loose tear, frowning.
"Can I come home?"
There was silence on the other end, until only a breath could be heard.
"Why?You've only been there for a week.Did something happen?"
"Ya,um...There's family issues going on and they can't keep me here."
"Oh uh...well,I'll tell your mother to come pick you up tomorrow evening. Is that alright?"
Holding in the screams of sadness, you gulped it all down, smiling through your tears.
"Y-Ya...that'll be j-just fine..."
"Alright.Goodnight sweetie."
"N-Night."
You quickly ended the call, starting to curl up into a ball and cry."I don't want to leave.I can't."You mumbled to yourself, breathing in and out.
----------------------------------------------
You grabbed your sweater, throwing it on top as you ran out the front door. You didn't inform anyone about your sudden get away to get some fresh air.
Breathing in and out,you started to smile,as you sat down on the cool grass."Is it true?"
You looked up to see Bill standing there, crouching down in front of you.
"Are you leaving Gravity Falls?"
You didn't say a word.
"Hey-"
"It's your fault."
He looked at you suddenly,as if those words sprung a cord with him.
"Pardon?"
"If I...if I had just ignored you...If I had just minded my own business-Maybe I could've stayed!"You yelled at the ground.
"..."
"Nothing? You won't say anything? Its your fault why I'm leaving and you don't even feel the slightest guilty for it?"
"..."
"I gave you the necklace Mabel got me for my birthday and I even gave myself up and you can't even say sorry?"
Bill sat down, looking at you seriously. He waved his hand away,as you felt the burdens that you had made with him disappear.
"There. Now we officially have had no business together."he responded softly.
You touched your neck, and lifted your palm to see the eye was gone. Not even a speck of it was left behind.
"I wouldn't want your mother seeing those. It just...wouldn't be fair to her."
He added, standing back up."Good luck...kid."He finally said,as he walked away into the woods.
The guilt was gone but it was covered by a new emotion that you thought you'd never feel. You felt...love.A burning passion for the man that had left you and all traces of him behind. Leaving you wondering, like a child reading a novel.
Like a child who wanted to know more.
Like a child who wanted to understand. You sat there,be fumbled by the event that occurred.
Just because you walk away, doesn't mean I will.

(A/N)
Wasn't that a great chapter?
*stares awkwardly*
Ya...I didn't think so either XD
I can see the pitch forks now...
Don't end the story!
Don't end the story!
But who knows? ;)Side note:
I actually had the thought of just running away
I'm not even joking
Like just running away
Being free
Running through the fields having fun
...
I scare myself just for the fact that I know that I am capable of making this happen
