For the past 4 weeks, all you've been working on was the Mutantage April and Donnie gave you. You had some test results and wanted to make sure if you could go more and observe it closer. You remember that Donnie gave you his number just in case you've finished. You ran to your phone and typed in the 10 digit number.
"Hey Donnie, it's (y/n), I just wanted to know if you want to check out the Mutantage,"
Not even a minute later your phone buzzed.
"Oh hey (y/n), I don't know if I can check it now. Maybe tomorrow I'll come by and check,"
Your eyebrows arch. April always told you, when she drops by, Donnie is always to where science is calling his name.
"Donnie, what's wrong? April always told me that you were the one to always be where science is at,"
"It's just....I don't know if you want to be bothered with my problem,"
"Please Donnie, I really want to know what's happening. I know we met only weeks ago but I do care,"
"You care....about me?"
"Yeah Donnie, I care about you so don't you question it! How about you come over my place and we'll talk about it. How does that sound?"
"Maybe talking about it will help a little....okay, I'll come over. See you soon (y/n),"
"See you soon Donnie,"
