Getting Back Together: Donnie

After a whole week of crying after Donnie officially left you alone, you felt.....less important. You stopped smiling, stopped hanging out with your friends, stopped talking, stopped mostly everything. Your parents do anything about it because they were both on a business trip and wouldn't be back until a full year and a half. You were now sitting on your bed with (y/f/ice cream/f) being shoveled into your mouth, when a knock at your window stopped you. Your heart leaped at the sound, thinking it was Donnie.

You ran quickly to the window only to see me, the boys, and.....her. You sighed and opened the window and let everyone in, having me quickly walk up to you.

"(Y/n)! I thought something bad for you. After this, I'll buy you a new phone." I smiled at you as you have a confused look.

"Why would I need a new phone? And what's happening right now?" I laughed and held your shoulder.

"Well, obviously, something is wrong with your phone because you never texted or call me back." You rolled your eyes at me and crossed your arms with an annoyed sigh.

"My phone has been under all my pillows on vibrate so I don't hear it at all." Leo walked to the pile of pillows and pulled out your phone. His eyes widen at the screen and back up at you.

"(Y/n), do you not know how many notifications you have? When was the last time you checked your phone!" You quickly walked to the blue-masked turtle and snatched your phone from his hand.

Your eyes widen as large as Leo's at how much Donnie tried to contact you. Over 100 times, just to talk to you.

"If this isn't enough for you to get you to talk to Donnie, April here will explain herself. And then get out of my sight afterwards." I snarled at her at the last thing I said and she shivered.

"(Y/n), I didn't mean to hurt you. It was just...I was so used to Donnie pampering me with helping me with my homework and seeing his cute ways to win me over, I guess I got super jealous that all that attention went to you....I'm so sorry, I'll leave now." April then jumped out the window into the darkness. I shrugged my shoulders and looked back at you.

"Donnie has been a complete mess without you (Y/n), no new inventions have been made, no lab explosions with mixing chemicals, no effort in training and having Mikey win. (Y/n) he's totally miserable without you!" You looked at the four of us and let out a shaky breath.

"I'll talk to him, but I won't guarantee that we will get back together." You looked me in the eyes and I looked down.

"That's what you think." I whispered as I looked at my amazing readers and winked.

"What was that?" You tilted your head and I sweat dropped. I shook my head and threw you on Leo's shell.

"To The Lair!" I pointed out the window and then jumped out.

You jumped off the shell of Leo and made your way to Donnie's lab. You took a deep breath in and knocked on the door.

"Go away guys....leave me alone.." You heard Donnie's voice tiredly call out. You knocked once more and then spoke up.

"D-Donnie...it's me." After you said that, the doors flew out and a very, very, sad looking Donatello stepped out and looked down at you. His eyes filled with tears and he hugged you as tight as possible.

"(Y/n)! O-Oh god I-I tho-ught I'd nev-ver see you ag-ain! Pl-Please forgi-ve me! I-I love you-u too much!" Donnie started crying into your chest as you looked down with sadness. Your heart started to beat faster and you realized, you still loved this dork. Hot tears started to go down your face and Donnie looked into your (y/e/c) eyes as you stared to speak.

"Donnie, I hate to admit it...but I still love you. After you left that night I've felt less important before. I missed you so much but I'm still hurt that you've cheated on me with April. It's going to take a while to earn my trust back Donnie, I hope you understand that." He nodded his head furiously and stood up to only hold your face with his hand.

"I totally understand (Y/n)! I regret that very decision every night that I couldn't hold you and everyday that I couldn't spend time with you. I've missed you so much my loving little periodic flower!" He kissed your cheek and spun you around.

"Why can't I be in a relationship!?" I wiped my imaginary tears away and smiled as I hugged my brothers.
