He asked her " Why must I not disturb room 325? Did something happened? Is there a bad tempered person who does not liked to be disturbed? " The lady said " there was a 26 year old woman in that room 3 years ago. Her husband came back drunk and kept saying she was cheating on him with someone else and he wanted to kill her. But then, as he hit her on the face. The woman killed him as she was a demon. I saw the whole thing as I was about to clean the room trough the peep hole." The man then askee her why was she a demon as she didnt look like one. The lady replied that demons dont look like the ones that have long long hair. They have pale skin and red eyes.
P.S. If you read the 'and red eyes.' part, you would understand why the second time he looked through the peep hole, he saw all red. (Chapter 3 Line 10)
