I woke up the next morning to see three people watching me: Logan, Blake, and Garrett. It took my eyes a minutes to adjust but when they did, I jumped up, hitting someone in the making.
"Ow!" I herd Garrett yell. Shit! I covered my mouth and walked over to the guys.
"I'm so sorry Garrett. You guys just scared me." Garrett smiled.
"Its fine Mariah, I told the guys this was a bad way of waking you up." He glared at Logan and Blake.
"Hey sweet lips. How was your sleep here at twilight hotel?" I smiled at Blake's good morning.
"Could have been better without the snoring from Edward Cullen himself and the wake up call." I smirked.
"No time for jokes, Mariah." Logan said.
"Well my bad. Maybe if you didn't wake me up at dawn I wouldn't be making fun of you!" I snapped back. Blake checked his watch.
"Mariah, its one in the afternoon." He said and Garrett tried to hold back his laugh.
"And this is as close to dawn as I'm going to wake up."
"We have no time for this. Mariah we have to go. You're going to stay home though." Logan said and he left the room. I followed him to the living room. It was funny. I was in a room called 'living' but everyone around me was dead.
"What do you mean stay home alone? I want to come with you!" Maricel came up to me.
"Sorry girlie, but I don't think watching us drain the blood out of an animal is something you want to see." She said.
"Fine but what if I get attacked?" I asked. Logan came to me and wrapped his arms around me.
"No vampire can enter unless you give them permission or they live here so just don't be too friendly and you'll be fine." He said and kissed the top of my head. Then, they all got ready and left me alone in this dirty little twilight cabin.
"Home alone, wonder what I can find. Great, I spend one night here and I'm already talking to myself. Man I really wished I listened to John and went to class." So I had clearly lost it if I was talking to myself. Then, it hit me. I can call Adam and John now! Of course I won't talk, I just need to hear their voice. I really miss them.
I went around the house, looking for one cell phone. Man I really wished I hadn't given my phone for Logan to break!
After what seemed like forever, I found one in between the couches. It was dirty and obviously hadn't been charged in a while. Great, now I had to charge it! Lucky for me the charger was with it. Next mission, finding an outlet. Easier said then done. The house was old so there weren't that many and most were broken.
I tried the kitchen first. There were like two outlets and guess what? None worked. Gosh Logan, great location of housing. On to the bedrooms. I went in three bedrooms before I found one with a working outlet. Of course I had to unplug this fire alarm thingie, but charging a phone was more important. I connect the charger to the phone and the outlet and left the room.
Now I had the phone on charger and have who knows how long to kill. Well, if I'm going to live here, this house needs to be clean. So I don't seem like the type to clean. Actually, I seem like the one who has maids and I do. Madame Frenchie is an amazing woman - even if I can't remember her real name. But she doesn't work everyday and living in a house with so many siblings, a girl learns to clean. I would have learned to cook to but John thought I'd burn the house down and Adam thought I'd hurt myself. Mason offered to teach me but he wanted to do it during the weekends. Uh, hello! I have a life people. I don't have that much friends because people would just use me for my money, but I did have some. Which were probably worried about me too. Shit. Didn't think this whole kidnapping thing through. Oh well, Kelsey will be fine after time and Gamin hardly understood anything I said, him being from India and all.
