I woke up the next morning to someone sitting on the bed. It was Blake. He still didn't notice me up and it seemed like he was trying real hard not to wake me up. I couldn't help but giggle. Blake turned to me and smiled.
"Guess my attempt didn't work, did it?" He asked, getting in and putting an arm around me.
"Depends, what was your objective?" I asked back.
"Not to wake you up. But being honest, I'm glad you did." I looked at him confused.
"I wanted to talk to you." He cleared it up and was being serious. And that's when I knew what he wanted to talk about.
"No." I said.
"No what?"
"No I don't want you to explain to me why what he said wasn't true and how we should just forget everything. I won't do it so don't try."
"Actually I was going to say you need to stop sleeping and start eating."
"Oh." I said. Well, even sad I was still a complete idiot.
"By the way, Blake, are you and Logan by chance talking?" He question caught him by surprise.
"Being totally honest? Nope." I rolled my eyes. This is what I wanted to avoid.
"Please go now and make up with him. I don't want to be the reason you guys hate each other! Go talk to him!" Blake looked at the wall, clearly considering what I said.
"I don't hate him, Mariah. And I'll do it under one condition."
"What is it?" I asked.
"You have to come with me." What the fuck did I get myself into?
"I-I can't talk to him. Not right now and you guys might not hate each other, but I'm pretty sure he hates me." Blake came over and hugged me.
"You don't need to talk to him. Just be there with me, please? And he doesn't-" I cut him off, knowing very well what he was going to say. I was not going to be lied to.
"I'll come with you. But I won't talk. Promise me that?" Blake smiled.
"I promise." I returned the smiled and we both go up and headed to Logan's room.
Everyone was watching as me and Blake made our way to Logan's room. They knew something was about to go on. I don't blame them. I would have done the same if I was in their shoes. Blake didn't seem to like it.
"Just ignore them. They want a show but don't give them one." I whispered to Blake. It seemed to calm him down and in no time, we were standing outside Logan's door. I could feel Blake shaking. He was nervous but I knew he wanted to talk to Logan again. As Blake lifted his hand to knock, the door swung open.
I honestly have never seen Logan this bad before. His eyes were puffy and red, his hair hadn't been combed in a while and he just didn't look like the Logan I knew, and kind of loved. Shit stop thinking like that!
It was just silence throughout the whole house. Blake and Logan were just starring at each other. Then Logan nodded and I knew he was reading Blake's mind.
"I'm sorry too!" Logan said and they embraced, leaving me standing there, looking like a thrid wheel. When they finally let go, Logan turned to me. This was what I wanted to aviod! I started to walk back to Blake's room and he came running after me, yelling my name. I was only 3 steps from the door before Logan came and blocked it.
"Let me talk to you, please Mariah!" I could feel the tears coming back. I needed to get out of here and fast. I turned and kept trying to leave but he always blocked me.
