Ch.16 Movie Dates (Jem's POV)

   "So Anna! I was thinking and, you wanna have our first date?" I asked nervously. I was literally about to explode with sweat. When Anna and I had our first kiss we've been dating ever since, but we've never gone on a first date. "Sure! Oh! Let's watch a movie! There this movie called 50 First Dates and today is the last day it plays!"
"It's a date!" I say smiling. I kiss her on the cheek and go back to my room. On the way there I run into mom. "Hi Jem! Where are you going?"
"I'm getting ready for my date!"
"With Anna? Awe! That's so cute!"
"It isn't cute if you say it is mom!" I walk past her and to my room. "Quit trying to make my Parabatai sleep with you!" Will says. I hate how he just appears everywhere without me noticing. He was watching a movie with Jess laying next to him."I'm not! You stalker!"
"Whatever!" He replies. I grab my clothes and go to the bathroom to change.
   Minutes later I'm walking out the front door holding Anna's hand.
   "Two tickets for 50 First Dates please!" Anna asked the lady behind the counter. She gave us our tickets, we payed, and we went inside to watch it. "Wow! I love our seats! Considering that were the only ones here!" I say laughing. "I have an idea! Let's make awesome seats with the boosters!" She said. We grabbed all of the boosters and piled them neatly in the middle of the theatre. But it took way more than one trip. We could've built the Empire State Building with this many! We ended up piling them up so that it was a big platform that we could lay on. "These seats are awesome!" I say laughing. "I'm so lucky that I have a smart girlfriend!"
"Did you just call me your girlfriend?"
"Do you want me to?"
"Yes! I do!" She says. "Hey guess what! Every time I go to the movies I bring a blanket cause it's always freezing!" She says pulling out a blanket. We wrap it around the both of us as the movie starts to play. "I just want you to know, that this is the best date I will ever have."
"Everyone was really confident that you and Will would end up with each other. But that was before you guys became Parabatai"
"By the Angel! Seriously?! We're basically brother and sister that would never- no just no that would be so wrong!"
"You know, I've always liked you. Ever since I understood what love was. And I've always wanted it to be you. Because I always believed that you would be the one. And my first kiss. I used to daydream about us just being together. No fancy dinners like normal couples. Simply just being there right next to each other. And just the simple memories are the best things in life. Simplicity is the beauty of it. But now I think that you're the beauty of my life. The thing that pulled me out of the cold alone darkness and into the forever warming light. The beautiful red vibrant rose that stands out in the dead rosebush. My better and more beautiful half. I love you. And I know that Love is just a silly thing that is captured in our hearts. And that Love is never everlasting. But my everlasting love for you will always be realistic in my life. I just want you to know, that even when you're no longer young and beautiful, you will always be the beauty to my beast" when I turned to look at her my face was only centimeters away from her tear filled beautiful brown eyes. Then we were kissing. A slow deep and passionate kiss. She wounds her hand into my hair and pulls me closer as I slide my hands underneath her shirt making her sigh in relief. Our legs are a tangled mess as we shift so that she's on top of me. I kiss her collarbone as she kisses the star shaped mark on my shoulder. And then somehow our lips venture back to each other. I was about to roll over when our booster castle started to break. "Uh oh!" I say. I grab her arm and drag her off as the walls start tumbling down (in the city that we looooooooove). "We should go!" She says laughing. Soon I start laughing and then were sprawled on the remains of our tower together. I kiss her one more time before we put all the boosters back. And then it's walk home and begin our happily ever after.
